Glad I checked this site.  I haven't lived with my parents in almost 40 years, but these folks called my Dad yesterday and, after a pause (autodialer, I guess) asked for me by a first name I no longer use.  When he said I wasn't available, he got silence.  When he asked if he could take a message, he got hung up on.
I've advised him to tell them that there is no one there by that name if they call back.  We'll take further action, if needed.

I got a call about getting an extended car warranty and I have not applied or sought any car warranty or extension. I did file a complaint with www.ftc.gov also.

person asked for my husband (laughing heard in background) when asked who it was stated 'none of your business'

They called, asked for my husband.  When I said he wasn't home, the man said, "Why isn't he ever there when I call.  Does he do meth."  I hung up the phone.

I have received two calls from this number in the past couple of days,  I have reported it to the government's "do not call" registry through their complaint process y'all can do this as well at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

I tried to register a complaint with the Do Not Call agency as noted above and received this reply:  We are sorry, but we cannot accept your complaint. The number you entered, 305-908-3391, had not been registered for 31 days when you received the unwanted call.

I have no idea why we cannot legitimally complain against these telemarketers, but I tried.

By the way, I receive a call from these people every single day.

They called twice this morning 09-11-09 before 10am and told me my warranty was about to expire and I needed to renew on the 2000 Mercury (I sold it last year) I told him to remove me from their call list to which he said something very rude and hung-up????

How about the government enforce the laws that are suppose to protect the innocent citizens, and stop worrying about taking over health care or banking or maybe with them taking over the auto industry one crook will chase off the other?

They have called three times in 12 hours! And they are so unprofessional when they speak that anyone can tell this is a scam!

They have called serveral times this week and never respond when i answer the phone.

when i asked what company they worked for they said the "dealer processing department". i said that is not a company and then as i was on the phone i searched sunbiz, which is the florida department of corporations and sure enough there is not company by that name.  i told the caller this and guess what.....she hung up!

Got a call this morning - caller ID: 305 908-3391 (FLORIDA). Just let it ring - if they have time and money (from some hustler) to sit by a phone and make calls that are never picked up - it's a free country, and its their money, better that than on the streets. They just won't ever get any of my money or attention for what they are doing. Key word: ignore, or if it really bugs you, use the energy to call Florida Better Business Bureau. In time it will be effective against theses yahoos.

Yeah....I got a call from this # as well. Someone, real Thug-like asks for my wife by her first name only. I ask who it is and dude tells me he's from the Chevy Corporation and it's about her car. She does have a Chevy but it was financed through a dealership. I asked dude for a # she could call him back at-he says he'll call back later. I say NO, give me a # and she'll call you back LATER! Then dude hangs up. Tried to call the # and I got the "cannot complete your call" recording. The caller knew a little too much info to just be irritating.

Keep getting calls from 305-908-3391 that was no longer in service.

They called my house today asking for my husband.  I said "He's not here right now, may I take a message?"  And he just said "Tell him Tom Anderson called and I want my money by friday"  I was like what?  He said irritated soundinf, "Just tell him Tom Anderson called"  and I said "Well does he know your number?"  And he hung up.  Sounded like a mid 30's african american man.

I have received daily phone calls from 305-908-3391 for the last 2 weeks. I called the FTC 877-382-4357 and filed a complaint and also filed an online complaint with the FCC. I received a 2nd phone call today and as soon as I said "hello" there was noise in the background, but no person - so I said hello again and a guy asked for someone by our last name and I said "put us on your do not call list" - he said "thanks, bye".  I will see if that works.  You have to say that before you say anything else. If you say anything else they will hang up on you.  Take time and file with the FCC/FTC.  Doesn't take long, but they need to be aware of this harassment.

Just received a call from this number. They asked for my wife by name. I told them that she and they hung up. I will report to the do not call registry as they are violating the law.

Got calls from this number so many times-caller ID: Florida-305-908-3391, never left any message-when I picked up just hung up or just said hello then hung up-and happened again twice this afternoon-first one I didn't pick up and no message but second time decided to pick it up and as I knew already about this ash** caller so decided to play nice when I picked up the phone-the male on the other line asked my husband-he mentioned his name: Mike or Michael from THE PROCESSING-then I firmly asked him "PROCESSING WHAT?", he was quiet and when I asked him again firmly with no nice voice anymore-he hung up.

Rec'd a phone call from this number.  They asked for my husband.  I said, "he is not available, this is his wife can I help you."  The guy in a very unprofessional tone told me "don't worry about it".  My husband actually enjoys messing with these idiots.  I wish he was actually home to take the call.

The guy I spoke to told me I was a rude bi$ch I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me like I would let you do that you bi%ch

I didn't answer the call.  When I googled the number, I found that many others are getting calls from this number.  I'm grateful to you who have reported it so I know it's a scam!
