Call received today had a recorded message from "card services" and told of a special offer to lower my interest rate on a credit card to 6.9% but had to act soon. Press "9" to be connected to a live operator. Then, after waiting a minute or two, they hung up. I suspect this is one of those fraud deals to get you to give them the card number and security code on back.

Got a recorded message saying "They can help me get my next project off the ground - press 1 to be connected"  They never say who they are or wtf they are talking about.  They say I can opt out by pressing "5".  I suspect if i Interact in any way with them something bad will happen to my phone bill.
This is one to avoid.

Indian (like the country) sounding woman who asked for us by last name. Claimed to represent some sort of Senior thing.

No voicemails left and when I try and call the number back it say that it is not in service at this time!!!!!!!!! The calls are coming in on my cell phone

Called me today trying to sell me home improvement.  I said that I was on the Do Not Call list and she hung up.  She did identify herself, but I don't remember the name.  I live in Los Angeles CA

Why are these people calling. Who are they in Wyoming?

I tried to google the number to find out who it is..but it just leads to this forum...They keep calling me too ... I'm in Boca Raton FL.

As above, no person or a (woman?) shouting 'hello' repeatedly.  I am in UK and listed for no unsolicited calls

Jay Sherbondy who most recently is orchestrating his scams under the guise of "Global Reach International, Ltd.," which he often describes as a huge global company with thousands of employees. Interestingly, this supposedly global organization with "thousands of employees" and a "legal department" operates out of a small house in Las Vegas, NV 89147.

In reality, Global Reach was set up in 2004 and amounts to little more than Jay Sherbondy, his associate/girlfriend/partner-in-crime Margaret "Peggy" Smith (the "President and CEO" of Global Reach, who also happens to own and reside in the house in Las Vegas), and whichever website designer he is scamming at the time. The company was set up with everything in Peggy Smith's name. The Las Vegas address is also Jay Sherbondy's current residence." (Posted April 2009)

Our company receives calls from this phone number and no one answers ... then they hang up. This area code is from Wyoming.. we have no business with anyone from Wyoming.

This is getting to be irritating. Several calls a day with nobody there after we answer. Today someone answered and asked me if they were speaking to John and when I said yes, they hung up. How do we get this practice shut down?

We received 2 calls from these people today.  The number on callerid was 307-215-1002.  At first it was a woman who told my elderly father that he had won $500,000 and she then tried to get bank account info and social security number from him.  He hung up (after I yelled at him).  Then a man called back, I told him not to call this number again and HE started yelling at ME before I hung up on him.

We are on the Do Not Call List too, but my elderly father continually fills out those phony sweepstakes junk mailers as well as any Surveys or Questionnaires that come to the house.

this number has been calling me 20 times a day!

Have been receiving calls everyday. Will not leave message.

I just got a call from this number telling me of a free heart scan at no cost.
Mmm...I'm a pharmaicst and asked if this was approval by FDA and a  I'm a former Maryland State Commisioner on the Board of Pharmacy. This sound too fishy! The caller said wait a minute and said I'll call you back with all the answers and never did!
This is definately... you typical scam targeting our elderly population through fear! Sad but true!
