Called my house phone (land line) at around 9:30 PM central time (I live in Wisconsin).  I answered and right when I said "hello" I heard them hang up.

Never say anything. I call right back no answer

They just call. They did not say anything when I said hello.

Calls at least four or five times a day. No messages. I picked up once and dead air on the other end. Every time I get a call I go to the following website and report it. I hope others follow!

has anyone else submitted to a pre employment background check, credit check, loan application, could this number be a digital phishing tool; archiving voice characteristics?

This number keeps calling. Who is this? I tried calling back and its a verizon number.

I have quit answering. They call me all times between 6 am and 12 am.
I just dont answer and dont call back. Its freaky.

This ame number called me around midnight last night.

This number called me at 11:00 pm!  No one says anything. Just goes dead.I am not happy that it is so late and I am on the Do Not Call List!

I just got a call from this number at 12:42am!  It woke me up and no one was there.  I was not too happy!

This person has called my 3 times in just a hour! It tells me that their mailbox or whatever is full.

I'm in Florida and have been receiving calls from this number as early as 8:13 am and as late as 11:15 pm, for over a week now. There is never anyone on the line.  I've called the number back and get either that it is not a working number or that the mailbox is full.  It comes in as a call from Santa Monica, CA.  I'm getting impatient and I wish it would stop.

The individual at this number has called my home on 08/31/08 at 4:00pm,
08/31/08 at 11:35pm, 09/01/08 at 5:17pm, 09/01/08 at 7:43pm, 09/02/08
at 4:46pm, 09/02/08 at 7:12pm, 09/03/08 at 7:35pm, and at 09/03/08 at
9:54pm so far this is all I've recorded. Every time you pick up the phone
and say hello they do not respond. What is going on I tried too look up this
numbers report on reverse phone lookup and got nothing. The reverse phone
look up said before I authorized the 14.95 fee that they had a full report
on this number. Once I authorized the funds the reverse phone lookup said
there was no report on this number. I had too call the number of there payment
site to get a full refund. Who is this why are they calling and at indecent times of the night.

Caller ID says that the number is based in Santa Monica, CA. When I called back I received a message saying that the mailbox for this number is full and not accepting messages.

They keep calling my land line.  No one answers and then they hang up.  When I call back the "mail box is full".  They call all day an even after we go to bed.  I'm going to get this number blocked.

Same thing here...Long Island, NY..off and on have been getting these calls for awhile.  Last nite at eleven and one in the morning!  No good...I will try to get this number blocked as well.
