Called me a couple times a day so far... I pick up and answer but no reply. Shady.

They called my cell phone 3 times for the past 2 hours.  I picked up everytime but they hung up on me everytime... I answered the last call within 2 rings... very annoying!!  

Did a google search on the number and found this page.  After reading other's comments, I'm pretty sure this is a follow up call from my dealership visit last saturday.  I don't mind they call for a survey, but don't hang up on me when I do take the call!!  

I wish whoever owns this number will follow up our complaints!

Just got the second call from this number, and on a Sunday.  I am on every DNC list possible, and have not let it lapse. Caller ID listed them as "Auto Followup," but the place I get my car serviced says they do not use such a service. I refuse to answer such calls, so I can't comment on what happens if I pick up.

I have a suspicion that this is also due to my recent service at a Toyota dealership as well.  I brought my car in on 12/8, and this "marketing research" service has been calling ever since.  Here's from my call log:

12/12 - 6:26pm, 12/12 - 8:32pm, 12/13 - 6:07pm, 12/14 - 7:32pm, 12/17 - 5:50pm

I too called the corporate number to be put on their do not call list.  The message said that it'll be added within the next 2 days.  We'll see about that.

Called.  didn't answer.

They have called me 5 or more times in the last 5 days.  no message.  sometimes they call 10 minutes after the last phone call.

who is this and why are they calling

My father received a call from this phone number but they were looking for me.  I have not lived at home since 1995 so I am very puzzled how they got his phone number and that they would ask for me.

I called 866-320-4607 three times and placed my cell and my husband's as well as our home phone on the do not call list. I hope this will work. They've called me at home and on my cell and no one is on the line when I pick up.

Just received this call too, same #. Said he needed to ask me a few questions about my service appt at dealer yesterday. I said that I was at work and preferred to fill out the card they leave in my car there. He said he would call me back then because he had to ask these questions over phone. I said no, and that I would not do this on the phone (because I never have had to!). Finally he asked if I'd like to be taken off "the list" and I said yes. I find this very annoying and intrusive.

I called the corporate help desk number (866-320-4607) and entered my number to be added to the DNC list.  Note that the automated message says that it will take a couple of days to add it to the list, so you may still get calls for a few days after adding your number to the list.

This number has been calling me for a least a month several times a day.  They never leave a message.  I wish when I tried to cal back there would be an answer.  It is very annoying!

Called my wife's cell phone twice today, never left a message. She brought her Toyota for service yesterday... this seems to be a pattern with bringing cars in for service

Called Sunday 2/10 at 8:24 PM and did not leave a message.  Caller ID says Auto Followup.  I am guessing it has to do with the car I bought last February.  Not happy getting these calls on Sunday evenings....

For the past SEVEN days, they've called ONCE or TWICE a day and don't leave messages. The calls started after I got my car serviced at my Toyota Dealer. I'm assuming they want to gauge my experience. Based on the numerous annoying phone calls, I may just give them a horrible rating.

This # is calling me twice a day.  Started yesterday.  I have not taken my vehicle in for service or bought a new vehicle.  I have a block unit connected to my phone, so I blocked them.  They hear "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting your calls at this time"

Has called several times over the past two months, hangs up after two rings before getting to my voicemail and I do not own a car.
