Same outfit credit card sham, I have made great payments for 6 mths and can now get awesome deal on interest, just press 1... same call from different #'s over many many months if not years now.  I didn't press 1 and the message guy came back & said press 3 to not receive these calls.  I did press 3 but am sure it will have no damn affect.  DNC list is a joke.  Call me the "Pissed off Mainer".

Automated lady comes on saying "we have an Important message regarding your credit card ..."
I've had similar Recorded messages to my Work AND Cell #'s, all from different ph#'s.
Seems this is the New Scam.

Wanted me to press 1 to talk to a "senior specialist" because I had been chosen to have a Life Alert system put into my home free of charge.  I'm 35...whoever is doing the choosing isn't doing a very good job.

Yay I qualify for a free medical alert system because I'm a senior citizen!..... (i'm in my 30's).  Seriously..... WTF?!

I got a vm message about an interest rate about to expire and press one to talk to a live person... I've got one finger for ya...

Caller ID said "IL", so I answered it.  Got a recording that started out kind of cheerie:  "Hi.  This is Douglas and I am calling about your credit card........"      and that is when I hung up.  Reading the other posts, it seems strange that no one else heard the beginning of this message, so it appears to be a scammer using this number to change recordings to see what works.

We have a file on you mumble mumble  [name not clear could be anyone] that we would like to close, please push 3 to talk to the person in charge of your file.  A scam if I ever heard of one.  Caller ID had TBD on it.

Did not pick up phone.  Went to answering machine.  Message: Wanted to lower my credit card interest rate.

Right on their page is a special link for law enforcement to serve Subpoenas!  Can you imagine the requirement for that?  The Chicago mayor was just touring their spectacular facility, and these scum sell numbers to criminals.  So often they need to have a link for the police to get nothing and do nothing and get the mayor of Chicago to tour them!  They appear to need a visit from some of us en masse to get the message through? So call that Mayor and ask him what he is playing at?  Call Peerless all the time until their phones burst.  These people you cry to 'help' your problem and slithering about in bed together.  How difficult is it to understand?  You need a pitchfork more than a Subpoena.

Caller ID said TBD.  I did not answer and they hung-up after my voice mail kicked in.  Been a lot of that stuff going on with different numbers. Maybe it's NSA newbies getting on the job training.  LOL...

called to say I can lower my interest on credit card ,I asked which one ,and they said you might be able .I gave no info. they then hung up

Received call today at 12:30 PM. Caller ID identified the number as TBD. Suppose that means 'To Be Determined'. Did not answer. Caller left a long, drawn-out message about lowering credit card interest. Junk call.

Yet another credit card rate lowering scam. They offer to lower it to a low, low 6.99%.

I wonder if they also raise credit scores? Now that would be something!

Called me even though i'm on Do Not Call list.  Folks, if you're on DNC, file a complaint on DNC's website.  If we work together, we can stop these lowlifes!  

Telemarketer says will lower my credit card payments if owe more than 5K. Lady said company was Consumer Rewards. Told on do not call list and to remove my number, Will report as soon as sys back up.

Yes, for sure, do this.  Hang up.  I didn't and they called me 5 times today and got real smart alec.  Very nasty and totally not legal!!!

Got 5 calls from this number today and each time I asked they not call me.  I am on the do not call list, but that makes no diff to them. They are crooks that want your ccard number to steal from you.  As soon as I told them all mine were maxed out, they hung up!!   The last time the girl said she was going to call me again "to hear me scream"  I told her she would be the one doing that if I call the right people!
