Every so often I get the beginnings of an automated survey that repeats the same question over & over on my answering machine. From Googling, I see it's Sears - BUT - I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CONTACT with Sears Service in probably 2 years. I can't even REMEMBER for sure when I bought my stove at The Great Indoors! Haven't bought anything at ALL at Sears (even a shirt) in 8 months.  Haven't bought ANY appliance ANYWHERE in at least 8 months.

Next time don't give them your cell phone bozo. The survey is only 2 min. long, sheesh.

This is a call from Sears after you have had service via a warranty or etc.  they called tonight and it was from my having a warranty service on my mower wanting to do a survey

Yes this is number is from Sears trrying to get feedback on services rendered.

I had my sear refrigerator worked on and they were calling to see how my service was

My call was at 10:45 P.M. thats unacceptable from any one that has respect of their costumers.

Called multiple times, but never left a message?  I'd be happy to answer their survey but they need to identify themselves, I don't answer if I don't know who it is.

I was getting two calls a day from this number. Then it occurred to me to call the number back. When I did, a recorded message told me that to add my number to their Do Not Call List, go to http://www.mysurveycontrol.com.

Why they couldn't find a way to have that an option over the phone, I do not know...

I just purchased an appliance from Sears so this makes sense to me, too.

I just got a call, and 2 weeks ago bought a fridge from Sears. So Im guessing Sears!

The caller ID says Sears Survey but I looked up the number and it lists a person with last name of Diaz in Illinois and also the same number listed for a girl named Sandy in Illinois, both with different addresses. I wonder if they can see if Sears repairman has been to your house and it is a scam.  They have called several days but I don't answer and not interested in doing a survey

Just a thought...These two may work at Sears and get the numbers to call after work has been done on an appliance...maybe make extra money for calling.  When I get my car worked on an independent calls and asks if I am satisfied with the work. I asked her and she told me she did not work for the car company, just followed up on satisfaction.

This is a call from Sears asking for you to take a short survey on your recent service call.  I have received a few calls and haven't answered.  They just called again and said they would greatly appreciate us taking the short survey and you could take it by getting on to :

Have your receit handy because you will need the store number, technician number and date of service to get in.  It is quick.
