Sears survey.

DO NOT CALL.

I received two calls within 3 hours this afternoon, but don't typically answer calls I don't recognize.  I, too, received a new appliance from Sear's but have also already completed two other surveys.  I'm happy to do surveys to help them have great service, but how many surveys will I have to take?

Recently bought a new dishwasher from Sears and have now been called twice by this automated recording which does not immediately identify itself as Sears but says it has 6 survey questions to ask. Very annoying. Have blocked the number.

Same here. Sears Service so when no one answered, they called back again with their survey number. Seems we can't have a Sunday free of marketing calls.

I, too, recently had service work done by Sears. But, they left no message. SOOOOOO, no reply.....

I  had a call from this number twice today .I called it back and  it is a survey service. I just had a repair man from Sears to my home  this week, yet we already did the survey from his tablet  when he was here ? You can opt out of this by going to www.mysurveycontrol.com Said it would take 24 hrs...we shall see :/

Just got a call and checked here first; I certainly had a sears service call on my dishwasher and Aand E came and serviced it so Im sure it is Sears.  I usually check here first before picking up if it someone i dont recognize; thanks for the info everyone.

If this is a SEARS survey...I "DO NOT DO SURVEYS"...I tell all companies that so they better know that if they do a bad job...they would hear from me so if they do NOT...consider they did the job as best as a person would have expected...Have a great day!

It must be a Sears phone number like Joel said, I recently bought a treadmill from them and now they keep calling.

Yes, it is a Sears survey contact.  

I have gotten this number  and I also bought an appliance from them but it wont stop me from going back to them to buy more it not the store u bought its fault its the company who does the surveys for them..

I called the number back and someone named Marvin answered.  I asked him what company this was and he said they were calling on behalf of spark energy.  NEVER heard of the company.  Never done business with them.  Informed them I'm on the do not call list and I would file a complaint.

Got a hangup call from this number, less than an hour after I had a cook top installed by Sears. I called it back, to see who it was. Only got a busy signal. Annoying. If it is a Sears survey, as the comments indicate, they will get a negative review, just for this annoying & inconvenient hang up call.

I'm getting repeated calls from this number. The caller ID says only "Chicago." I never answer, and they never leave a message.
