I have a pre-paid cell phone that I rarely if ever use and I am getting that number calling me 20 times a day for the last three days. About ever half hour to an hour they call me. I never answer it because these out of the blue numbers are usually scams. My friend has a regular cell phone and she started getting the calls yesterday. She answered after I told her I was getting them too and they said they were from babytobee.com and that she signed up for free information and free samples for the baby she is expecting in April of 2009. When she asked them how they got this information they hung up on her. An hour later another person called, she answered and they told her the same thing about her expecting in April and how she signed up. She told them she didn't sign up for a damn thing and I want to know how they got her cell number. They told her she submitted it to the site www.babytobee.com. After much pressing she let them know that she certainly did not sign up for the site, she certainly is not expecting since she is sterile and that if they continued to harass her she would call her local police department and the District Attorney to lodge a complaint, then she hung up. They called again about 4 hours later and she answered and told them she was calling the police. They haven't called since. I think that this may have scam written all over it. I certainly do not plan on answering any of their calls, nor will I go to the website because you don't know what kind of features they may have in store to either steal your information or implant viruses into your computer. Maybe contacting the Better Business Bureau will help in this matter.

I checked with the BBB to see if www.babytobee.com was listed there as a problem and it was. Seems that the company cannot be found. I would suggest that no one pick up calls from this number any more. Also there is another phone number they call from.

This number has also called me 25 times in the last 5 days. The times range from 9:00 am to 9:00 Pm.  It's driving me crzy. I have not answered it yet cause I didn't recongize the number.  Im glad to know I am not the only one!

This number is also calling me. I emailed the FCC and filed a complaint. I also called my cell company and set up smart call on my phone so I could block them. Go to FCC website and file a complaint.

Have gotten 2 calls today from this number makes the sound of a USB device being connected then disconnected then hangs up on me!!

i get the same USB device sound.they call every 1 hour with equal intervals. I believe its kinda of a VOIP phone number called from PC.

The caller claimed they were from babytobee.com and that she was following up on a request for free information and free samples. No one from my household ever request or signed up with this company or any other baby related company. This appears to be an attempt to side step the Federal No Call List by claiming a prior relationship.

This number is for babytobe.com. They supposely give away free baby stuff to expecting parents.They probably got your numbers from a "free gift" add, such as winning a free PC. For me, it was winning a Dell.

I did not answer the first time I got a call from this number, but since my cell phone is used 99% for work, when they called back a couple of minutes later I did answer.  The caller wanted to speak to Marie (I don't know anyone named Marie)and when I said they had the wrong number, the caller said they were from Baby 2 Be and were calling about my registration on their site for free baby stuff.  I told them I don't have, nor will I EVER have children.  They then asked me if Marie was avaialble.  Hello.......what part of WRONG NUMBER was not clear?

I've got two calls from this number (314-315-4870) and that was after I registered in babytobee and parent.com and when I answered I got that sound in the background like everybody said..like when you plug a USB any way a lady answered after I kept sayin (hello, hello....hellooooooooo) so she said congratulations blah bleh and this is from baby to bee and we want to confirm your info so i gave them wrong details oh and she said the call is recorded any way she said you are now confirmed and will receive samples and free stuff from us any way I do gave them my true mail..so two days later I've got the same call with a different lady..sayin the same crap..but with more questions uh i was like nooooooooooo thanks i don't want any of this and she kept offering me to subscribe in more stuff and i was noooooooooo any way thats what happened with me...

314-315-4870 called 3 times today. Never leaves a message. Just called again as I am typing this. Is there anything I can do?

This number has called MANY times in the last week or two.  I never answer it, and they do not leave a message.  The caller ID says it is a Missouri call.

I have just started getting calls from this number too!! What the hell. I am going to file a complaint.

These people said they were from a company called Baby To Be (she said it was a company affiliated with many baby companies but wouldn't say who) and that I had signed up online.  I said I had done no such thing and wanted to know how she got my number.  It is a brand new cell number that I haven't even memorized yet.  She wanted to argue it with me and told her I did NOT give my number out over the internet and I did NOT sign up for some Baby company and she got mad and said she was just trying to give me free baby stuff.  I told her not to call my number again and she hung up on me.  Not 10 minutes later they tried calling again.  I ignored it.

I have received 3 calls today on my cell phone from this number. I have had this number for at least 6 years and it has been on the Federal DO NOT CALL
for several years. I give it out very cautiously and have NEVER given it to
anyone in conjunction with pregnancy or babies. Callers from overseas are still  covered by the federal law. Any and all calls from them to me are
STRICTLY ILLEGAL. If it *IS* babytobee.com they are violating federal law
and should be fined the maximum amount provided by federal law.

I NEVER answer calls from unknown callers so I will NEVER speak to the a*holes who are ILLEGALLY CALLING.

this phone number is getting creepy. I get 2-3 calls a day and i answered it once and they asked me if I had a baby and if I wanted to purchase things. I hung up and they still wont stop calling. What is this? and how do you block it? should i get the police or my cell phone provider? cause this is really annoying and weird.

I've been getting these calls too, but it was my own fault. I was suckered into one of those silly sites that says do a survey and get free things. It was baby related, and I am a father to be, I was bored..........dumb idea. Anyway, I just called the number 314-315-4870 WITHOUT a 1 or a + and got a live person who attempted to get my info so they could send me things. I politely asked her to remove me completely from their database. She said she would but it may take a few days. I have worked in outbound call centers with autodialers before and know that it can take some time.

We'll see what happens.

well that number called me and i didnt answer it came up on my phone like this       ......+31-43154870 and i called back and being a tmobile customer it told me that i didnt have enough minutes for the call and today is a weekend its free, so i told my boyfriend to call and what do you know its a web site calling random numbers so watch out what you fill out on the web....
