File a complaint with the FTC at the Do Not Call Registry web site

It's been calling for several days now. I answered it a couple times and my husband answered it once. Same USB sounds, but nobody ever came on the line. Eventually, the line would disconnect. I didn't try calling it back. I was afraid it was going to be an extremely expensive call. It's been calling at all hours of the day. I have to sleep with my phone on vibrate now just so I don't wake up from it. Help!

Agent who called said they were from Baby To Be, and gave me a head office address of:

She *couldn't* find the head office phone number.
Claimed we had registered at a website and gave me the IP address and date/time stamp of when we supposedly registered.
The IP address doesn't belong to the internet provider we use.

We had requested a car insurance quote online the day of the timestamp, so they may be reselling our data.

I got a call today, with the same sounds described here.  Reading through, some people found out that it is babytobe.com or something like that.  I signed up today for it, so it makes sense to me because they did ask for my phone number.  I still don't like it and I will be calling my phone company to block the number, incase it is a scam.

I've been getting called by this same damn number. It is really ticking me off. It appears as the +31 43154870. I don't answer it but I found this site doing a search on Yahoo.

I'm going to the FCC site and file a complaint. I can't stand these people.

I stupidly signed up for babytobe.com and I guess somehow put my phone number in with all the info. They're supposed to send you free baby stuff and coupons, after 2 weeks of junkmail I unsubscribed and then started getting the calls. The first time was a man asking to verify my information, he called at 10 at night on a Sunday so I made him aware of what time it was and let him know I had unsubscribed and asked him not to call again. Everyday since then it's been 1-3 calls a day. I'm going to go back through my emails and see if I can contact someone to complain to.

How do you get this to stop.  This number calls over 5 times a day and if I answer it makes a computer sound and hangs up.  It's getting really annoying.

This number keeps calling me every two hours and it starts at 8:00 in the morning i don't answer numbers i dont recogignise but the number that pops up has a + in front of it which means international call and i looked it up and its from the netherlands and i cant call it back because i get the same message your internationa call can not be completed as dialed. this is very frustrating i have to keep my phone on silent because the wont stop calling!!

I was pissed because they called me a dozen times. When I finally answered, I ripped into the lady. I was angry and sure that I had never registered. There was no way I was giving them info but they already had it and just asked me if it was accurate. When we got to the email adress, it was my mom's. She had registered me without telling me. I had been outright rude,but the agent was actually very nice and even laughed it off. They had a lot of nice freebies but there was a lot of marketing stuff mixed in. It took almost fifteen minutes which is a lot to get diapers and coupons but looking back, not unreasonable.

i have received numerous calls in the last 3 days and i wasnt wanting to answer since i didnt recognize it. i also have a cell phone. i did ck on whitepages.com and found out it is from maryland heights, mo. i dont know anyone there. nor have i ever been there. i will definitely not answer after reading some of these messages. i have voicemail but nothing has been left on it. i dont answer long distance calls that i dont recognize. i also wondered about the + sign before number, no long distance calls come in like that before.

I'm on the do not call list.  I've got this call 5x already and they don't leave a message.  It's from Missori.  I called from my cell and I think the company is babytome.com?  My youngest is 8, why would they call me?

Babytobe.com is using good hard working people that need to make some extra money to harass other good hard working people. low rent company don't buy from them.

This #314-315-4870 called me and hung  up after hearing a computer type sound the second time i let it ring
it didn't stop till I picked up.

I called Verizon they transfered me to the unlawful call center their # is 800-518-5507 the operator called this company and got me off the call list

The company name is (BABY TO BE) if you were on line and registered to this web site this is your culprit call the unawfull call center they will help!

A subsidiary of  Kowabunga! Inc. (AMEX:KOW), BabyToBee.com, is SPAM calling cell and home phone numbers, in violation of FTC do-not-call registry rules.

A class action lawsuit will be filed this week against BabyToBee.com and it's parent company, KOW. I was contacted today, and intend to join the suit.

what kinds of stuff did you guys get from this website???

If you have a Yahoo id you should post your frustation on the company's stock forum at that website.  They read it every day.

Let them know you want them to stop the calls!

I receive a call from this number 3143154870 4 or 5 times a day.

I have had somebody calling me about 3 to 4 times a day! when I answer there is just to beeping sounds and then nobody answers. It is very anoying!

Called me today 11-17-08, when i called it back it was Baby to Be and asked me if I had kids under 5 or expecting a baby. when i said no, she offered to take my name off the list. Aparently they give away free stuff for babies.
