If you were to speak when I say hello, then the chances of me taking your survey are a little better than hell freezing over!

"Your Healthplan" called from 1-443-430-7201 and claimed to be calling about my Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan and mention something about insurance and Obama.  They gave a call back number that is actually my insurance company.  The woman was talking fast and hard to understand.  How do these people know who I have insurance through?  Is someone in the Obama administration (like ACORN) hacking into my personal records?

This does not make sense because I get the calls on my cell phone and home phone and my insurance company does not have my cell phone number I just got this new phone and new number so they may be polite when you talk to them but they are still a solicitor.  Do you work for them is that why you answered about their company? How do they get the numbers if they are so legit? Thank you

Am I the only one who gets annoying calls from these people?  Do they not understand that I will not pick up the phone when I see their number?  Call again I dare you!  Maybe I should say thank you.  I am getting some exercise each time the phone rings and I check the caller id.

I believe this is a scam I do not have Cigna, and strangely enough while adding this number to my black list. Right after 314-819-1850 calls me another scam number 1-866-235-3868 calls are they related I don't know but it is possible.  Call me now cause I will hear nothing and you will hear BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP wahahahahahahha!

They are starting to crack.  I'm only getting calls once every two weeks now!
