Repeated phone calls and no messages tired of it they call until 8:59 PM which is pushing the issues..How do I report it to FCC?

Started getting  several call a day about a week ago. No one is on the other end. They leave a message on my voice mail. I'm on a national Don't Call Registry for my cell phone.....it doesn't do any good.

Apparently, there is something illegal going on....I am receiving REPEATED calls from this number. They never leave a voice mail, there is no message and when I picked up, there was a recording telling me to hold the line (which I NEVER do- that is SO rude to call ME and then ask me to hold!)  After seeing the many other responses on the internet regarding this number, there must be some kind of scam going on. AUTHORITIES, ARE YOU OUT THERE?

These idiots call for no reason and wake us up at any time in the morning

They call me every morning and wake me up. It's really irritating.

This number calls several times daily leaves no message?the calls start at 6 am to 10 pm. Very rude. Workers. They cross the line. Its being on the verge of harrisment. Stop the people.

I have been getting the same calls. At least once a day, and no message left.

I have received several calls from CBE in the past and after a while of ignoring them they stopped. Recently they have started again. Reading others posts tells me that this may just be a scammer trying to get money. Not going to answer. They've never left a message and if they really want to talk to me they would.

Got calls from this number several times already, never leave a message, just keep calling, can't figure out what's the purpose.

This has gone on for almost 3 years now.  Its always another number they use to call.  They give me a break from time to time but ALWAYS start back up!  I found out when these calls first started that it started with an unpaid bill from Verizon phone company that my ex-husband created.  I called Verizon at 2 different intervals over the past 3 years to have this straightened out (at least thats what I was lead to believe by Verizon) and was satisfied that I have nothing to do with this.  Unfortunately CBE feels differently.  So even if you know YOU have no unpaid/outstanding debt someone else in your life (or used to be in your life) might and CBE is willing to pest the h**l out of you to get to them.  Even if you report them to the FCC they get around it by consistently changing up their phone numbers.  So reporting them doesn't even help.  CBE has more money than the FCC has and can afford to run through loop-holes that the FCC has.  Good luck everyone!

I am not sure if this is what is happening to me, but I have been experiencing the same type of phone calls, all from 612- or 651- numbers from MN (where I am from).  I do not think I have had the same phone number twice.  They never leave messages.  I have answered many and they hang up immediately or they do not tell me any information.  They ask me what my name is and say they were not trying to call me.  No one can give me a clear answer who they work for.  This last one called me and said that he didn't speak English (in Spanish) so I started asking him questions in Spanish and he kept saying No Se (Spanish for I don't know) to questions like "Who do you work for?" and other questions that the answer he gave makes no sense at all.  He clearly didn't speak spanish very well either.  I am not sure what I can do about this.  The calls go anywhere to several times a day, spanning all hours of the day and night to once every 2 weeks, but this has been happening for about 6 months now so I it is definitely consistent enough.  Does anyone have advice for my next steps?

Last night I started to notice that an unknown caller was repeatedly calling me. I looked in my past calls log and saw that the number in question had done the same thing, therefore I'm assuming the person behind the number is trying to disguise him/herself. Could be a prank caller. :P

They call me a 2 or 3 times a day. Has never left a voicemail either.  The number has called me as late as 9:00pm a few times also.

called me today for someone who has moved out four years ago, told them to take my number off the calling list. the person that i spoke to had an accent, so i do not know if they did what i asked only time will tell.

I have received several calls on my cell from 319-242-7349...as early as 9AM.  I never answer and they never leave messages.  This is a work cell phone, so I figured it is just a sales pitch, but even they leave a message.
