CBE, calls my personal phone all  hours  of the day  ,, more 4 times a day ,, even 8:45 pm ,, leaves no messages ..and rude.

Called them back. After being on hold reached a person who said her name was ?? Bayshar Aller?, she wanted my name. Told her the company is calling my cell phone and what did her company do? She said they are not allowed to give out that information. She said they cannot pull up the account by cell phone number.  Will now follow up with FCC complaint.

They have been calling for weeks but they ask for my name can the FCC
Fix this crap. then today some woman call and said that they were a debt collector
Bur didn't say what for. I will try to report them to the FCC.

I'm def all for everything that everybody talks about on here When they are talking crap about this annoying company, but I don't know what's so hard about Fixing this... Most people's posts r just filled with ramblings of how mad u are that this company calls u every Thursday.. So didn't u read any of the other posts on here with all the helpful info?

It's hard to hear her say CBE, I'll give you that, but about five posts into this website someone says "it's CBE", and tells everybody what it is! .thats only way i figured it out... Thought she was sayin cv or cve at first....

The automated person also says u can pay online at payCBE.com.... so that way you can go online and just figure it out in peace on your own time.  So that's how I took care of it... No more wondering who they are and when I will receive a call from them!

I just think it's funny how most of our first inclinations are to instantly write FCC Complaints about beijg pissed when more of us than not are probably at fault and just don't remember, haha. And I don't work for FCC unless that stands The Face Corporation - The Greatest Band of All Time.

I think they're calling me for some old medical bills.

It's a collection company

Called and spoke to a friendly young lady who said they were calling for someone I've never heard  of. I wonder if they're just trying to confirm my number is still good, as I've been dealing with another collection company.

Same as most others - calls twice a day and never leaves a message.  I'm reconciling an old medical bill that was actually paid by my insurer, but still battling credit history on that bill.  I have no outstanding bills and had excellent credit rating until this came up.  Still trying to get it clear.

Called them back and talked to somebody.  They mentioned a name associated with my number, told them I didn't know them.  They said they would remove my number.  We shall see.

Just got a call from this number.  I am on the national do not call list.  I do not have debt that I am not paying on.  Got a call from 913-279-0480 last week -called several times a day.  I told this person not to call as I am on the list.  Will see if they call back.

These guys have been calling nearly every day for a month also under another number of 913-279-0480 and once under 515-954-7694.  I have no debt, no medical bills and my number is new and unlisted and registered on the do not call list.

Called in the afternoon and evening.

non stop calling 2 to 3 x a day, called on a sunday an then they call as late as 9 pm... so mad an they won't quit... i answer an they hang up

This is a scam call.  I use caller ID... if I don't recognize the number, I don't answer the phone. Period.

I just received a brand new phone number in LA. And this number (319) 242-7349 has called this new phone several times in the past week. I do not answer, will soon download Mr.Number app which will allow me to block all these spammers and scammers who call me.

received two calls today, one around noon and the other before 3 p.m. only music when I picked up.

My first time receiving a call from this number was today and after reading the previous comments I am now leery as to how they got our numbers and information and if they are Legit. Most all major collection agencies call from 800 #s This may someone who may have worked @ a agency and stole information and trying to get paid on their own. If so I hope their butts get caught.

I have been getting repeated calls with no messages. The calls have started in addition to some other theatening calls I've been receiving from another collection agengcy about a debt that belonged to my deceased mother of almost 4yrs. I have told them to send me some verification and the original contract that I supposedly signed. THEY BECAME IRATE and then the threats started. I googled the number and they're identifed as a 100% scam. They're threatening to sue and have papers served on my job. I've decided to wait until they do and then i'll go to court.
