I was in scientology in the early 70's as a teenager.  I took a few classes in Hollywood which was almost 35 years ago. The sneaky [***] found my unlisted phone number and have been annoying me periodically over the last 3 or 4 years.
Threatening and swearing at these weasels does not work.

Calls every Sunday. When answered no one is there so I can't ask to be taken off their call list.

I got a call today from them (a Pam) leaving a message that they were trying to update their records for mailings...First off I'm southern Baptist; live in Virginia and have NEVER been to the church of scientology - how did they get my freaking name and phone number

They have followed us all over the country with their calls. We have never been members nor even visited one of their church's ( or what ever they are). This has been going on for 25 years and we don't see it ever stopping . We have asked many time for them to please stop, as of today that still hasn't happened.

I believe this is from Scientology from Los Angeles.  They've been soliciting and harassing me and now they are calling and hanging up when I answer.

Repeated calls to my cellphone coming from 323-360-3543 despite mutiple verbal requests to cease and desist calling my private unlisted number.  I have filed a formal complaint with the FCC and a suit in state court (WA) where I am entitled to $1,500 per call after the first verbal request to stop.  Each call has been recorded and the the Caller ID date/time stamp captured, so I am looking forward to a late Christmas present in the form of a $5,000 judgement aganist this "church".

I am so glad I looked this up, before I called it back, they are relentless and call constantly.  Who do we contact about them.

I use this little trick when stuff like this happens. When I do not recognize a number and they do not leave a message, I punch the number in on a great website like this and when I see that this is some solicitor, I use call blocker, available on the current iphone software and on my note 3 so includes probably all Samsung phones. This is the 3rd number I'm going to block from Church of Scientology but I will be just as relentless ss they are blocking their numbers.

I was briefly in Scientology some 37 years ago, and getting away from them was one of the smartest things I've done. Don't know how they got this number after all these years. But I never answer calls if I don't recognize the number.

My husband told them that I no longer lived there and he wasn't sure where I could be found.

I'm tired of my phone ringing from this number and then they hang up when I answer. Now that I know who it is (by looking at everyone's post here) I will make sure they get an earful!!

Tired of these calls?  Here's my plan to "give back".  All you need is a computer with a fax modem.  USB fax modems are available from Amazon for less than $20.  Then let your computer return some of these calls.

Simply create a document in a word processor and then print it to your fax queue.  You will be asked what number the fax modem should call.   Make the document at least 20 pages long.  You can generate an empty 20 page document by simply adding 19 page breaks.  If you have a message you would like to send, insert it between the page breaks.  This document will work for any phone number but your message will only be seen if you send it to another fax machine.  The sci-freak headquarter's fax number is 1-323-960-3508.  You will probably want to send several copies of your document.

But don't stop there.  You can also send this fax to a non-fax phone number.  Queue up a lot of copies of your document to the other numbers listed below.  Your fax modem will become your very own mindless zombie robot dialing the numbers over and over and over.  Sound familiar?

Call several times of day. Church of Scientology.

On my pre-paid AT&T phone, I receive call from them daily. As this phone is used tho contact only one person, I know that no one have then this number. I suspect that AT&T sold them my phone number, because I get solicitation calls from other companies that I have never done business with. I use this phone for only one contact, making it easy to track. I personally have never had contact with The church of Scientology...AND I have had this phone never fire over ten years. These calls just stared a few months ago. I personally suspect AT&T.
