I received 4 calls from this number..it says Vonage Holdings on caller id, and he states his name is Michael and that i need to return his call to avoid garnishment and lawsuit/

Call is from 330-470-1379 says his name is Mike Goldman from MDRS Legal
in Canton Ohio.
There is NO Listing for MDRS in Canton Ohio -- that sounds pretty suspicous doesn't it -- an Unlisted Legal Company (hmmmmmmm)
One reverse search shows the phone number as a Twinsburg number.
Sounds like a crankster "collection agent"

Called my husbands phone and claimed to be from MDRS legal department.  Tried to look up and no listing for this or his number.  A total HOAX!!!!!!!!!

Michael Goldman is a complete idiot. He lies about who he works for and why he's calling. He is hounding me over a bill from 5 years ago that has been taken care of. He keeps leaving this number, but when you try to return the call, it's not him. He has very nasty things to say and uses extreme threats to try and produce results. This man is NOT even an attorney like he claims. Good luck Mr. Goldman...or should I say Mr. [***].

Michael Goldman has called and claimed that I will receive contact from the county sheriff's department with a court date if his call is not returned.  I have returned his calls, only to reach an answering machine.  It is doubtful that this guy is legit because he does not follow the protocol that is now LAW that collectors must use when leaving a message.  There is no pause to hang up in case you are not the intended recipient.  Instead, he uses threats in order to obtain whatever results he can.  Mr. Goldman, you are opening yourself up for litigation...

JUST GOT A CALL from him and googled the number....thank GOD I did....I can't believe this guy...wants my human resource phone number...I gave him the number and then he calls me back saying if I don't settle this by 4 today that he is going to take me to court...thank GOD I read this!

This guy had the nerve to call my neighbor and tell him that if I don't call him and resolve this so called matter that he is taking it to municipal court!!! I tried to call the number and got an answering machine. What a freak!

Was told by Mariah Fineberg to give this message, "because I was the closest neighbor," Concerning a third party. I didn't know I was their secretary or hoof soldier. Already reported to FTC for illegal practices. You would think if they are with a law firm that they would know this!!!!!!!!

This guy has been hounding us for a few weeks now.  My daughter has an old doctors bill from 2008 that he says he is in charge of making arrangements for.  We hadn't heard a word from the docs office in over a year and then suddenly this guy tracks ME down at work and says it will be a lawsuit unless we make some type of arrangements with him to pay it off.  He also spoke to my daughter, and she has been trying desperately to pay off her debts, so she gave him bank info for payments.  The more I thought about it, the more I thought it might be some shiester who searches for old, written off debts and then convinces people he is legit, gains access to their accounts, and has a nice payday for himself!  What should we do now that he has her banking info?

You should hear some of the messages I get from them!  I have to figure out how to file a complaint though.
I have not found a brick and mortar address.

He has also called and harrassed me. Told me if I didn't pay within 1 week, he was going to have my wages garnished. He wanted all my bank info and I refused to give it to him. He was rude and nasty and I eventually hung up on him. He called my boss the next day and told her how rude I am and that I do not pay my bills and he is taking me to court.

I have been making payments to "Michael Goldman" since August of 2009 in the amount of $55 each month. I tried to contact him today three separate times with no answer or message machine. He was suppose to take above amount on the last Friday of each month and he did not this past month, so I was trying to get ahold of him to see what the problem was. These people have called and harrassed me. I started making payments to them by debit card and then they would take the money out unauthorized and cause my account to be overdrawn. They do what they want and are very rude.

Just got a call from someone pretending to be an old friend on my cell phone.  Have no idea how they got the number or what they were calling for.  When I asked who it was, the woman told me she was Tina Thompson from MDRS.

This guy called my landlord and was telling her that he wanted my number and she refused to give it to him so he kept calling her and calling her. I am afraid that they are going to get me kicked out of my house!!!!
