They are also using the number 330-470-1230.  A Jerry Stein has called my home numerous times leaving threats on machine which are against the law!!!  First he claims to work with an attorney in a no named corporate office, next call claimed to be the corporate attorney in a no named office, next call claims to be an assistant to the corporate attorney of yet again a non-identified office.  Claiming to be an attorney in itself is against the law!!!  This so named person Jerry Stein has a serious conflict with his own identity....if infact that is his name!!! It used to be a Mariah Fineburg that called here also!!! It's no wonder they change numbers and names with breaking the law as they do!!!  States they are going to attach the wages of both my husband and myself......yes, now they are making threats against my husband!!!  A work related back injury has left me unemployed for over 8 yrs and my husband doesn't work for anyone.....yet they say employment has been verified.....what a joke!!!  

Once contacting you by phone, if they are legit, they have 5 days to send you a letter by mail verifying the the debt and will have no problem in doing so. Try to keep all the recorded msg.'s of their threats and if they even attempt taking you to court....file a counter suit!!!  If you know that you may owe some type of medical debt try working directly with whom you owe as I plan to do.

A guy calls my cell. Acts like he's my buddy. His name is Tim Spencer. When I said this is him speaking he said no it'd not. Can't even use my legal first name. What an ass.

This moron, Jerry Stein, contacted us also about my sons debt.  We have him recorded at least four times with false threats. Not once has my son received a letter from him. I am waiting for him to take my son to court, my son will have a counter suit against him. He has called two of our neighbors and left messages with them, claiming to be an attorney assistant. He had them deliver the message to us, we have the notes where the neighbors wrote the message down. I'm contacting our state attorney general about the way they use false threats.

I got ahold of this nut case and he said it is not illegal to phone my neighbor.  I will sue this little creep and he will be crying like a baby when the courts get done with him.  Good luck Mike, you are going to need it.  Ohio courts do not permit you to phone neighbors.

Hi, this nut called my neighbor and wanted to know all kinds of information about me.  Unbelieveable.  Are they located in Canton, Ohio?  I will have my attorney give them a call.

Jerry Stein @ 330.470.1230 calls stating a 2 year old bill has not been paid. Claiming I have threatened him via twisting my words.  Stating he will call an entity (by the way) who has nothing to do with me, in terms of employment.  I got all of his so called - address information to send to the Attorney General's office.  I will do so via email.  I've called the entity asking they not release any info (that they MAY have) to this person.  Please check him out before sending any payment, as this bill has been paid off.  I've just received a second confirmation that the bill indeed has been paid.  He wanted my banking information, never offering an alternate way to pay....just that i give him access to my account.

OK, let's break this down:

1. "I know who all you are on here"

This means one of three things:

(a) you are an owner of this site, in which case you should be impartial and realise that you would be breaking data protection laws to do anything with any identifiable data you might have.
(b) you have hacked this site. This makes you a criminal.
(c) you're talking [***].

2. "had a reverse check done on the IP addresses"

If 1(a) or 1(b) above is true then it's possible you have IP addresses of posters, but a reverse IP lookup on its own will rarely if ever get you personal details. It simply gives you a machine, or a block of machines, one or more people used at a particular time in order to access the Internet. Many ISPs even dynamically generate these IPs each time a connection is made. If 1(c) above is true then you're still talking BS.

3. "will be calling you again soon"

Even if you have a list of IP addresses and resolved them to machine names, all you have is a vague geographical location. You do not have phone numbers or email addresses, because you would have to subpoena the ISPs involved to give you that information, and I very much doubt you have the authority for that.

So, I call BS on at least one, if not all the counts. Stop making threats you can't carry out. You're not frightening. You have been called out and now look like a complete moron. So go crawl somewhere and stop wasting our time.

We get phone calls from my Brian Eshelman he calls here for my parents and when I tell them they are not here he pretty much tells me I'm lying and is very very rude and then will call back 20 to 30 minutes later asking for them and still saying that I am the person that he wants talk to. He also cause my father at work and tells him that my mother wrote a bad check in that you need to get this taken care of and it was in both of their names which he lies. The calls won't stop and we have recently contacted the news channel 5 something has to be done this is getting to be ridiculous we get hundreds of phone calls a day from his Brian Eshelman. And when he does get a hold of my mother he tells her that a lawyer has been contacted and that a judge will be contacted soon. They call from the vomits holdings which is also known as the Midwest diversified recovering services. My father has a heart condition and this bill is not even three months old

I just received a call from this number from a man who says his name is Guy calling from mdrf. Very vague message. First call from him and it did not sound professional at all. Be aware!

After a Google search, the number that called and left a message for me (330-470-1379 from MDRS) was a debt collector.  After reading SO MANY complaints and threats issued by this “agency,” I don’t know whether just to call back to avoid the illegal harassment and threats!
