My caller ID says only Florida call.  Have gotten 3 calls from this number with no message left in the last 2 days.  Didn't realize what an odd number it is until I reached this web site and prepared to enter it.  What a nuisance.  I am on the do not call list, also.  Thanks for input from others.

Same here.  I told him to use his real name then I told him to take me off of their calling list.  His response was to tell me to shut up.

got this call also, answering machine picked up, the caller left no message.

Called cell phone yesterday, home phone today, I could hear activity in the backround, but no one spoke. Both # on Do Not Call List.

called me tonight. Man said hello 3x and then a loud rude "good-bye"

Got a call from this number.  Could not understand the person.  I thought he asked me about a fire extinguisher.  I said,"Are you asking if I have a fire extinguisher?"  I didn't wait for an answer and hung up.

I got a call from this number a couple of hours ago. I did not answer it because it looked suspicious off the bat. I finished watching TV and googled the number and came up with this site.

Just got a call from this phone number.  My caller ID said "name not available".  Didn't pick up.  No solicitation calls, are supposed to be made after 9 PM.  Debt collectors either.  I, too, am on the do not call listing.  What's the use if calls are sent throught anyway?

THis same number called twice in the last 2 days and tonight i sat on the phone with him for 3 minutes informing him i will turn him in to NYS attorney gen...he didn't seem to care and said i hade to finish the survey before he would hang up..i informend him how illegal it was in ny to call after 9 pm, then he got very rude and hung up..lets see if he calls again.....

who is this offender ?  Repeat offender even.

Would someone please offer an opinion on the WHY of these(352...) phone calls?
Are they gaining access to our homes in some clandestine manner?

I have two phone lines - with different phone numbers.  Received a call from these scam artists at first number.  Asked about smoke detectors in house.  Hung up.  Within 30 seconds, the same spoofed number rang my other phone number.  This time it was "Adam" asking about smoke detectors.  Said his company was "Total Survery Solutions."

I got a call from the above number . There was a hesitation between the first and second "hello". The accent was Pakistani? They stated that they "weren't trying to sell me anything, I just want to ask you a question.  Do you have smoke alarms in your house?"

Probably worried about his 20 relatives living in your attic.

Received a call from this number.... I'll tell you the deal on this from experience.  They get around the Do Not Call List because it truly is not a sales call, it's a  survey. Which apparently falls through the cracks of the list guidelines.  Anyway, after they take this little survey about safety alarms from you they say you are then entered in a drawing for a new alarm system, say thank you for your time and quickly hang up.  At this point your starring at the phone, like, Hmmp whatever.  Unfortunately what you don't know is that you've now entered into a "business relationship" with this company and they are now free to call (ie harass) you with sales call about their home security systems.

My suggestion is don't answer but if you do answer don't answer any questions, just hang up.

Yeah, we did too. No message left, so I googled the number, saw all these comments and figured time to renew my number on the do not call list - again.
