- Asiatic replies to central fl| 3 repliesThese [***] have been calling me for a month. I was finally able to answer the call and I just spoke to the guy today. He says he is from UF, but who really knows. He asked me if this was a good time to speak with me or was I driving. So they are targeting cell phones for sure. I told him I was on the DNC list. He explained to me that the DNC does not apply to them. WTF?!?!? How are they exempt? He asked me why I was not willing to help with his study. I told him "How do I know it isn't BS, and how do I know even if I help you will take me off the list afterward?" He then gave me a number to call and speak with a supervisor. I was shocked. I am calling now to get to the bottom of this. I will post that conversation later. If anyone wants to call the number is 888.536.2434

- Gainesville, FL| 2 replies352-392-2908 is the telephone number of the The University of Florida Survey Research Center; this center is a part of the Bureau of Economic and Business Research at the University of Florida and it is a legitimate research facility that does annual customer satisfaction surveys for Medicaid, Florida Healthy Kids, Children's Medical Services, The Florida Department of Transportation, etc. The survey research center also does research on behalf of the Florida Department of Health (the cell phone survey someone referred to earlier on this page), Blue Cross and Blue Shielf and the Floria Wildlife Commission. Usually, the point of the surveys is to improve the services provided by the client (i. e. Medicaid). That is the ONLY reason that this organization has contacted anyone.

- AnonymousI keep getting a call from (352) 392-2908. It is rather annoying. I get voicemails for that number saying (in a very scratchy, distorted voice) "Amazing grace, ohh how sweet your mama's (cannot understand) is. Goodbye (insert my first and last name)." Idk how they know my name.

- fjs replies to LeighThis is the University of Florida and they are doing surveys on people that have state, and or federal subsidized insurance programs such as SSI,SSD,SSA,Mediacaid< Medicare, and the like. The survey is supposed to be voluntary but they do call all the time. Unless you have received a notice from your insurance provider I would suggest to answer and tell them to quit calling. It worked for me for about 4 months until my daughter was reviewed and assigned new health care under SSI.
