This caller keeps calling my cell phone but doesn't leave a message.

Unbelievable. They say "Do this or we will call again." Really?

The woman that left a voicemail said she is calling on behalf of the Florida Dept. of Health for a "very important survey" and gave a number to call back, saying I'm going to be called again and again until I do what they what. The survey is about tobacco use or something. I have never bought a single tobacco product, no one in my household smokes, etc.

They called and did not leave a message. When I called back I received a recording to leave a message. I left an explicit, vulgar, profanity filled message-hopefully they won't be calling back.

It's for research. You can be researched anywhere. Even Texas has some science going on.

My child has never been on those insurance plans.

Receive two calls a few hrs apart stated this is the University of Florida Research Dept no other details given.

Then they called the wrong number because I do not have any kids.

The only thing I see misspelled is Blue "Shielf", and that's probably a typo.  Where is the unacceptable grammar?

Number is from university of Florida, probably a spam to get people in their bad school.

Me too! I'm a florida tech student but I live in Texas and have nothing to do with florida medicaid or healthcare..

Ok.. I called them back.. it's UF doing surveys for people involved in healthcare plans.. in my case my grandson gets Texas medicaid and they're surveying quality of care.. they are randonly selecting participants and will have the full name of the person receiving healthcare takes 5 minutes, no invasive questions and not mandatory ..

Then why d they keep calling me when none of that applies to me? I am not in Florida, and neither are my children or family...
