This is a very clever 'hacking/ scam' fraud. Report any 'transaction' containing the number; 35314369001 to your bank imediately. I am a victim. They must be stopped

No it isn’t!
It’s been used to commit fraud for at least 8 years. They managed to make a charge on my Amex account in October 2017 and I can see online that it’s still happening. Amex have credited me back but there’s no explanation about the wider fraud.

2 charges to my credit card using PayPal as a conduit it would seem. Both with the 3531 number beside them. GOGREENBAT  and  MJHUNT. contacted bank but they said to contact PayPal.  My credit card isn't even registered with PayPal which makes the whole thing even more worrying
