Got debit on credit card- no idea what it was.

Nothing I have purchased !

Credit Card company investigating.

Scam still active. Two entries on my bank statement for "PAYPAL *SKYPE 35314369001 LU".
Have notified Paypal, now chasing up bank.

I have had the same number on my credit card statement today (1.1.2010). I did not make the transaction and it showed Paypal next to it.

What is interesting is that the card number it was shown for, is a card I use on Paypal. I would like to know how this fraud took place. What process did the criminal use?

also why did they only make one transaction/

two(2)...both 11/2/2010   unauthorised charges on my amazon account (bank of america)....what do I do next ?

My credit card account was debited with 644 Euro indicating as reason "PAYPAL *CONNECT2" and as place just this number: 35314369001. Two additional wrong bookings (about 19 Euro each) came from CONNECT-2-HAIR LTD. My credit card company is currently investigating the case.

Likewise. Just E 27.41, but still - ghost transaction.

I noticed the following on my statement as well: FOREIGN TRANS FEE .16 , then a paypal charge I made.

This charge was a "donation" to Piriform - CCleaner.  It's a free download utility program to clean your computer history, cache, registar, etc.....

I have been using it for years and finaly made a donation.  They are located in the UK.

So I think, at least my transaction, is them.  Maybe this happened to you all?

I received nothing but my credit card was charged $20. No more charges or I will refuse to pay!

Identical number shown on my credit card, I do have an ebay account but have never registered this card to my PayPal.

This is the first time this has happend, called the bank and confirmed fraudulent action, they have refunded the £2.98 taken, closed the card and sending me a new one.

Seems major scam going on, tried to explain to the bank regarding fraud and they didnt even care

Number was 35314369001, worth checking your account regulary to check.

Our debit account statement has numerous debits from 3531436901 from skype and it is almost daily.  What can we do about that?

I phoned a company after watching a TV commercial for a ring!!!!!!!!!! only remembered the other day an checked my account to find that an amount of £34.99 has been made from my account with the above account nmber as reference!!!!!!!!!!!!  I googled it and found your comments can we get our money back if so how any comments will help????

This is an unauthorized debit to my credit card.

What kind of service is this? Who authorized this charge?  Do you know what you have messed up?  My account not his ! !

Same thing happened to me. It's now 2010 and it's still going on. This time it's "Homewebsite35314369001" HOMEWEBSITE' should be drawn and quartered for all the misery they are causing ordinary disgusting people.
It's time something was done by the authorities.

PayPal is an agent for lots of different online shopping companies. "Homewebsite'" being one of them. This is how they "any online shopping companies" can get away with charging whatever they like, through PayPal. And a lot of people don't realize what's going on. It's not really PayPal's fault. It's the fraudulent "so & so's" who are doing this worldwide scam.

£5.44 hasa been taken from my account and this number has appeared on my bank statement.it says paypal but it isnt.my bank is investigating

My husband has been debited with €98 on his credit card with indication PAYPAL*KGB 35314369001. We cannot understand why. Can you help us??
