All telephone companies have programs for mass departure of an emergency sms on a separate database. Probably this program is popular, and someone has used it.

I cant understan what the reason to send such messeges....

As sydneyaustralia pointed out, this could well be Nigerian Scam even though the number has country code for Ireland.
