Someone I don't know calling me from this number

Received a call, they left no message. I don't know what company or whom they want. Wish it would stop.

Called my personal cell phone which is on the National Do-Not-Call list at 8:37 P.M. Law says calls to allowed numbers stop at 8 PM. Guess if you are a thieving looser you don't have to worry about anything but the next credit card you steal.

These people piss me off.  Please stop calling me!!!

I answer these w/ "kiss my @$$" & I don't get called back by the same # again.... LOL

What makes you think politicians will abide by laws or rules made only for the rest of us? Naive?!
I got the same call but my cell has a special ring for non-contact numbers so I ignored it.

I received a call from this number this evening enough though I'm on the do not call list????  Didn't leave a message.

no you don't, if it's important they will leave a message and you can immediately call them back. I get calls every day from unknown numbers and like I said, if they leave a message and I know them or their association, I'll call them back.

This number called my cell phone number about ten minited ago.  I am registered for "do not call".  I do not know who was calling

Wow.  These guys are sure busy calling this many people.  If it is a political survey we'll probably be getting a lot of these calls.  Is there anyway to stop them other than not answering?  I don't answer my cell if it is a not on my contact list.  Just wondering.  It is a nuisance

Has nothing to do with politics... is a solicitation for a cruise company under the guise of a survey.

Look, folks: a company may not call a phone number on the Do Not Call List, but they 'may' if for 1) political activities (polling, fundraising, etc) or 2) with your consent. They called you to meet requirement  1) , and when they informed you that you could win a cruise by participating, you just 'gave' them 2), and permission to sell your number. - You just knocked yourself off the do not call registry.

I don't condone this, but I've heard this company is in Marysville, WA, and that it might be possible to look up a couple of guys names 'Guido' and 'Bone Crusher' who would be willing to give THEM an offer 'too good to refuse'

It would be interesting to hear how it works out... I hope someone posts that information in this thread.

I got this call while at work. The only reason I answered it is because I have kids in Washington with that area code. When I did answer they hung up on me so not sure what it was about.

Calls from this number all the time plus another political call from a 202 number. Won't stop calling!

Sorry, but legitimate survey polling is exempt from the do not call list.  They aren't trying to sell you anything.
