Same thing, I even kept phone on the line long enough for 30 minutes to pass by with no answer!!!!!  Yes, thank everyone for finding this site.  Im not a saint but I defiantly am not a criminal!!!!  SCAM SCAM SCAM,,,, sad thing is are we even shocked there is a new scam out there?

This is the 3rd time they've called me but won't give any information and when I ask what is this about they say if you keep talking I'll disconnect the call and go after your bank account. I've been call every name in the book by these people. They really don't like it when you get nasty with them like they do. They won't give me a name of there company either.

They are calling my work number and my husbands cell number saying there are fraudulent charges against me and I will be served at home or office. I tried calling the number back and was on hold 20 minutes. I have blocked the number from my phone.

My husband just received a call in the same manner from this entity. Left a voice mail with no company information and threatened him with being served for fraudulent charges.

I have been receiving a call from this number everyday at the same time around noon for at least 2 weeks,  I have received calls from this number in the recent past, of course it is a fraud, the threats of a file of complaint against me is not true,  I will not fall for this and hope no one else does. They need to be prosecuted!

2 calls from this number and 2 vm messages saying I had pending charges against me fraud. Another person's name was referenced as part of the automated message. After the second call I called thinking it was a mistake but I know after reading posts it is a phishing scam. Will block number.

Getting the same calls as everyone else!!!!! Blocked those freaks number!!!!

They first called me about 3 years ago.

Being a nice guy I called back and told them I had no Idea who they were
looking for but didn't want Ringo to get in trouble because they called me and
not him. I was told they would remove my #.

I still get the same call, ever month or so stilling looking for Ringo. That has to
be a really slick  guy or they are really stupid at tracing People.

I got s call from that same number saying I have fraud charges against me. Someone said before if your getting served a summons of any nature they don't call you first to tell you. At first I got upset , then I looked up the phone number and got other comments from people. I feel better, just pissed off that these people can't get a real job instead of scamming hard working people out of their money . Don't fall for it!!!!
