I don't owe any debts. They never leave a message.

I didn't answer and no message was left on my cell phone.

i dont owe money for a bill they are not calling but sent me 3 different bills all under 10,00 each

This number has contacted me a handful of times while out.  Today, I picked up the phone and the lady insisted that I confirm name and address - refused to give either .. when I pushed back 3 times, the rep changed her personality from sweet to nasty - she was insisting that my information was provided by someone, but couldn't give me the name of the person or the business -  pretty much told me that they would call back later and hung up - I do not know this company or anything associated with it. Glad other folks had the same gut feeling as I did. Be careful out there!

a guy called asking for some inaudible name.   i asked, who is this, who do you want?  then he hung up on me.  i could not figure out what he was saying.  it sounded like he was eating chips or something loud and crunchy and trying to talk with a mouth full of food

I am constantly receiving calls from this number with no messages left.  The first call comes in on my cell, immediately followed by a call to my office.  I have no idea who this is.

I keep getting calls from this number. Nobody is on the line if I answer it, no messages left. I finally blocked the number... and now I just get frequent notifications that they called again. What happened to the days when owning a cell phone was a privilege and not a liability or hassel?

Is it also not illegal to try to collect a debt after a certain amount of time of no contact?  I think I read about 6 months?

Not sure what you read but it is wrong. A debt remains valid and attempts to collect that debt can be legally made for eternity in 48 states. What cannot be done is for them to actually sue you for the debt or threaten to sue you once the Statute of Limitations for your state has passed.
By the way, why are you replying to a post clearly made in 2009? I am sure that person will not be stopping back after 11 years to answer you.

I have many missed calls from this number, I called to see what this is about and the person didnt know why they called me.
