Just got a call from this number.  Did not answer.  Checked google to see who the number belonged to.  Found this website.

I'm in Upstate NY and I got a call from this number on my cell at 2:09pm.  Must be going through the NY/NJ listings.

got call on cell phone too did not pick it up. looked up number on google and so i'm here.  call came in at 2:58pm 9/12/08

Received call this am on my wireless # at 10.24am PST 9/12/08.  My wireless is on the Do Not call Registry.  How do these folks get the #

i just received a call from this number too. didn't answer, and there was no message left. ironically, when i tried to call it back "just to see" i got the "your call cannot be completed as dialed" recording. then searched the number, and it brought me here. (along with showing a residential listing in Omaha, NE. just put your cell number on the do not call list. stupid people...haven't these people realized, that is this day and time, most people do not answer their phones when it's a number they don't know???

[***] called me yesterday (9/11) and left an automated voicemail and now again today at 3:20. Has anyone filed a formal complaint? I would like to do the same

You can file a complaint with the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm. which I have done.  Everyone needs to file their own complaint though, as it asks for specific information regarding the time of the calls, and which numbers they called you on.

My son is 8 has a cell for emergencies only.he got a call in school at 1:17pm this is rediculous!

Ok, so i'm trying to call them back to bother them, if anyone else wants to join in.  I know it's busy everytime i call now, but i'm hoping that after business hours it won't be! lol By the way i'm in upstate NY, so i guess they are targeting the upper east coast.

Same number, 402 397 0665 called 9-11-08 @ 6:57 pm. I took it KNOWING FULL WELL IT WAS GARBAGE!!
I immediately took charge of the call and demanded a service tech to come fix my HVAC (it was a Dish Network hoax) I lead him on only to waste his time and took him to the line on his salesmanshit i mean ship.

Got a Call about car warranty.  Pressed 1 and was connected to some guy who also pressed one and we were conferenced in together.
