It is a fraud. Please do not provide any information. I already reported this to BBB and FTC.

This number called my cell phone. I did not get to the phone in time and no message was left. Called the number and a recording said "all circuits are busy now". After reviewing comments apparently it is a credit card compan in Nebraska!!. I AM ON THE NO CALL LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is wrong here?

Get in touch with The Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov, or better speak with a FTC agent. Do not answer a number that you do not recognize! Unknown Name, out of state numbers, etc. Bogus Microsoft, Verison, etc. have been calling me. The Microsoft call came from a retirement home in New Jersey with a bunch of Chinese people who could barely speak English. This was a 212 prefix. I phoned Microsoft and they never call people unless a person calls them. Be careful! My land line gets at least 2 of these bogus calls a day, and we are on the do  not call list. Legitimate businesses respect that! The scammers who call here do not get answered at all. What a bunch of losers! They ought to get a real life and job.

I got s phone call about lowering my credit rate

Scam call. They just keep trying.  This is the bad side of having a Tracfone, "Donotcall" doesn't work!

It called me while I was in science so I texted it and it came back with invalid number

When calling back the number was disconnected - must be some bogus marketing group!

Unwanted caller

Just got a call from this number. If I don't recognize  the number I don't answer. I looked up the are code and it said it was a Nebraska area code. Since I don't know anyone from Nebraska and they didn't leave a message my thinking is either telemarketer or scam call. Maybe both.

This number keeps calling, and they don't leave a message.  When you try to call back, it says the number is disconnected.

Got a call, thought it was strange so I answered it.  Nobody ever answered and after a few seconds it hung up.

Keep getting calls from this number--two today within five minutes!  They never leave a message and when I call back, I get the message that the number is not in service.

I answered, was a lady talking about my credit card y don't have business with them,

call came in, answered, no one there. I see the other notes, must be "robo" thing.  we're on no call Fed. list, but they come in anyway.

This number called me 3 times and left no messages. When I returned call it simply was not available.

I think it's that horrible prepaid Legal services place from OKC Nebraska that offers legal services for a fee!  They suck!
