I don't ever call back. My ID Ap says it was "probable spam." Some exceptions to the No Call Registry says these people can call if a "prior relationship" exists such as creditors, etc. I often wonder when YOU call them if it is YOU who has created this relationship when one didn't otherwise already exist? I think they deliberately call with the intent to hangup; then the curious will call back thereby creating a relationship. After all, the first correspondence develops ONLY after YOU called them. Of course my interpretation could be off, but I'm not taking any chances. If they call and you answer you may go an exception report "We got one." Then when you call back you're probably on a "additional bonus" list, then hassled, or included on a list to be sold so others can scam and spam.

Nuisance call.  Incredibly annoying!  And I am a registered do-no-call person.  Stop it!

Got a call at 10:00am. I answered the first one, yet I quickly hung up. It called me again but I just ignored it and that's it. Pretty annoying calling at that time ugh.

Hate to say it, but this is the reason I NEVER answer the phone and only return calls from archives I recognize. My wife and kids and close friends know the drill.
