I am tired of this number calling my phone everday.  I have pressed #1 in order to have them stop calling, allowed 72 hours actually now it has been three or four weeks.  I am tired of them calling.

I can't believe - this # just called me again right now!  (12:52PM CST, 04-27-10).  The nerve!!!!

Got a call from this number on my cell number. whoever called me does not know what company I work for. It comes back as "The Debt School" & a few other names located at 3850 E Coquine Way Weston, FL 33332. President listed is Paul Brooks and the manager listed is Paul Wexler aka Paul Adam Homes who is also listed at 3204 Canoe Brooks Pkwy Raleigh, NC 27614 954-547-9010. Property, Assets, and Company Affiliation info is also availible. just dont care to indulge any further. Maybe they will stop calling now.


Yeah just received a call from them at 9:05 am. Nothing like calling someone on their cell why they are at work. Unlike most messages I see posted they left me a message. Says that I am pre-approved to consolidate my loans. The company is claiming that it is South East Trust and that I had inquired about them previously. The recording tells me to contact Kathy at 1800-706-6208. I checked out that number and this is what I found:

Phone Number Report: The Debt School, LLC a florida limited liability company recently changed its corporate name in Florida to Southeast Trust, LLC. They offer debt consolidation services to individuals and for business they offer supposed discount credit card processing services. The purpose of these calls is to get hold of your bank account information.

Southeast Trust or The Debt School (or whatever they may call it today) is a typical boiler room operation run by an infamous telemarketer and spammer couple by the names of Paul Adam Wexler [Social Security Number 553-47-6555]and his wife Jenine Renee (Grossman) Wexler [Social Security Number 551-67-1834]. The Wexlers live either at 3850 E. Coquina Way, Weston Florida 33332 or at 1947 Harbor View Circle Weston Florida 33327. The Wexlers have been previously been fined $15,000 in October 2006 by the state of Missouri and recently subject to a cease-and-desist order in Indiana for spamming operations.

The Wexlers filed Bankruptcy in Colorado in 2003.

The Debt Schools accountants are: Siegelaub and Associates PA of 2881 University Drive in Pompano Beach Florida 33065.

I am not sure how it is done but the spamming phone calls appear to originate from the Richmond Beach section of Shoreline in the state of Washington. There appear to be a group of telephone lines and numbers all tied together which are listed as supposedly belonging to King VanLines. The telephone numbers are: 206-629-8606;

There appear to be several versions of the recorded spamming calls. They are all from a "Cathy" and sometimes claims that she from 'Financial Freedom'. Each of the calls directs you to call 1-800-706-6208.

The current registered address for Southeast Trust is: 4700 Hiatus Road, Suite 256 Sunrise Florida 33351. The telephone number is 866-396-9996. The website is thedebtschool.com.

I suspect that the calls are all probably received at the Sunrise address.

402 982 0401 called me at my work phone (not the number I have associated with my credit card) offering to lower my credit card interest rate.  Interesting to see people called from that number YESTERDAY and it was something else.  Do not talk to them, it is a scam!  if you wanna lower your interest rate, go through your bank or better yet, pay off your credit cards on time!

This number called my phone a half hour ago and I ignored it. I looked it up on Google and found this web page.

They wanted to refinance my credit card

CallerID will say Capital Services.  They call even when I have followed their do not call protocol.

What is especially strange is they say they are Google 411. They imply I must choose to put "my business" in Google 411 or not. By the end of the call they repeat the options and hang up.

What is very puzzling because this is a phone number, I never use.  I only choose it for my apartment building requires it to buzz people in after hours and when I checked into it AT&T internet was cheaper.

Now for work and all personal calls I have used Vonage. I say this because with in one weeked I just purchased several domains from Godaddy.com. Godaddy had a special free privacy for every domain so my number should not be given to anyone, right???

I called 402-982-0401 back and they only give you the option to be on the do not call list.

First time I called they said push "1"

Second time they called back it said push "2"

Third time push "2" and just before I wrote this it was push "1"

I would suggest do not answer and that they are just phishing for more information you would never want them to have!

Hey, this company called me to consolidate credit card debt.  But first, they needed my private information... People, this is Fraud- if anyone call you from this number hang up.

Thanks for all this info! I just received a call on my cell phone from this number but did not answer. I've never received a call on my cell from someone I don't know and now I definitely won't.

This number (4029820401) called us today stating they were selling 411 listings on Google, when I asked who they were the man hungup!

I got a call with a recorded message that was an offer for my business to be listed in Google's business directory. I was given the option to press 1 or 2 and I just hung up.

Then I dialed *69 to get the number of who called me and a strange recording said it was "612-855-3650". I decided to check it again, so I hung up, dialed *69 and got the normal recording and it said the number was 402-982-0401. They seem to be waiting for you to hang up, then they play what seems to be a dial tone. If you dial *69 they play a fake recording for another number so you can't report them. This confirms my experience that report any junk calls works.

This seems like a scam to me, I would not trust it and you can report any call where they play a recorded message to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222. It really helps to stop the calls, try it an you will see!!!

i recieved a call as a "public service announcement" saying i could have my credit completely cleared- i have recieved a lot of calls from this number and have submitted my number to the do not call list (when you call back it gives you that option) but they keep calling, with different things at random. i have no idea who the company is- they didnt tell me that. when i asked to be removed, they simply hung up on me and when you call the number back, it does not allow incoming calls (except for the do not call option wich is obviously fake too)

This is the third time within three days that I've received a call from this number and every time I pick up no one answers and they quickly hang up.
