- hahaThey call my home phone. Not once in over 7 years have they ever gotten me to pick up the phone or even gotten an answering machine (I don't have one on my home phone). But, they still call at least once per day. Does not really bother me, if calling a number every day, even on Sunday, without ever hearing an answer is the way someone wants to spend their miserable existence on this earth, then knock your lights out and enjoy.
- pasha replies to sherry felpsThey got your phone records from other Internet/company databases--like online purchases. You may not owe them, but you may owe a company they now represent, since they buy up debt contracts.
- pascha replies to Lorinda WOODS| 1 replyYou might want to take one of their calls to see what account they have on you. They are relentless and will pursue you until you either pay what they claim you owe or you file a complaint (if you truly owe them nothing) with the attorney general in your state. It's best to at least find out why they are calling you. But they will continue to relentlessly track your phone number and address down through publically available records--like any Internet purchases and postal addresses. They won't go away.

He says yes but you owe 2500.00 I said why so much, it wasn't that much before, he said penalties and finance charges. he said how would you like to pay this today. I said good luck with that, your not getting a dime. They still call, I ignore them.
