Got a call from 407-545-9999 but did not answer.  Caller id said "Andy Guzman".  Getting a lot of calls lately from FL numbers... 321-304-9999 & 321-710-9999.

I received the same call.  I did answer and it was a recording saying there wasn't a problem with my credit but if I was interested in trying to lower my interest rate to press a number.  It also told me to press a number if I wanted to opt out of these phone calls.  I didn't do either.  Just let the message finish and hung up.  I was extremely curious and suspicious since a person's name appeared in caller ID rather than a business name.

Got the call-same number and caller ID. Message intended to deceive people into thinking this may be their credit card account. I held on and selected "1" to "find out how I could lower my credit card rates". When the rep came on I acted stupid (heck, if they waste my time I'll waste theirs) and asked whether this was my Chase Visa account or Barclay's MasterCard. He said neither, he was calling from "Account Services". I asked again-account services for which of my banks? He said they represent hundreds of banks. He asked me a few questions about my credit card balances, and I told him I carry about $19,000 on each, per month. Can't afford to pay them off. He asked for my name and number, and I gave him fakes (lie to me, I'll lie to you). He then asked for my credit card numbers so they could verify my account and transfer me to an account rep. Said I could not get the info right away as I needed to run to a meeting, but please call back in an hour and I'll provide the info. Got off the phone, and blocked the Andy Guzman number on my phones.

The company called me too, several times.  The automated call says to press 3 to discontinue calls.  That doesn't work.  They still call back. So next time I pressed 1 to talk to a person. Once connected to a live body I ask what company this was.  The woman on the phone said she was with accounts services. I asked again for what company. Again she evaded. The third time I asked what company she hung up.  I bet they are fishing for account info so that they can steal everything you have.

Same idiot called me, twice first from 321 800 9999, and then from 407 545 9999. The first time, I ignored it, as I saw the caller's ID on my TV. next time, I listened and heard the same rubbish bu did not obey any of their instructions. I merely went and blocked numbers. Just another fool trying to scam folks out of their money.

A message from 407-545-9999 was left on my vm at 5:00 PM today.  Caller ID simply indicated "Florida."  A pre-recorded message was left, telling me to press "1" to hear how I can lower my interest rates.

If the number on which you received a call from these clowns is entered in the national do-not-call database, please report them to the FCC at https://complaints.donotcall.gov

I received call from this 407-545-9999-July 12th. It must be a scam-I'm so glad I put a credit/security freeze on my SS#. i won't have my identity stolen-I would advice everyone else to do the same. You can no longer borrow money under your own SS# and neither can anyone else, but that's Ok as banks are so tight with credit anyway.

When I decided to press "1" to talk to live person, lady answered "Hello", no introduction or identification, and when I asked what Credit Card company was calling, she hung up. This number is on the Do Not Call listing.

I just received a call from 407-545-9999.  It was a recorded message, asking that if I wanted to lower my interest rate - press 1, which I did.  After a brief wait -  I was asked for an approx.  total credit debit and highest interest rate and who was charging the highest rate.  Once I started asking him questions, as to the name of the company he was representing and why he needed to know certain information -  the phone connection instantly went dead..    I guess, he didn't want me to know...   I am expecting since they hung up on me, I will not be contacted again.

Got this call and did not answer. I am really tired of these!!! I have my phone on the do not call list and have spoken with our phone company regarding these. I have also enabled my anonymous call block feature. I do hope the someone will take legal actions against these types of callers. I heard that most of them are coming from out of the USA...I don't care, we should still seek out and put a stop to these!!!

    Had enough
These people need to be stopped.  I called the FTC last Friday and told them about these scammers.  I've had calls from them using many different numbers and caller ID's but always the same line:  Last chance to lower your interest reate.  Want to stop them?  Then everyone call the FTC so they get enough complaints to do something about it.  Complaining here doesn't do much except make you feel better.  When I spoke to the FTC, I gave them all of the following numbers:  Google them yourself to see if I'm lying, then keep track like I do and call the FTC----- repetitively!!!

Credit card Services needs to be put out of business , if they are a legitimate company? which I doubt , it doesn't seem to do any good for all of us who have filed complaints, all they do is change their phone number, is a cell phone lately ; myself I tried  putting their number on my block list, they continue to call , shows on my missed call log; filed a complaint with the FCC , even they haven't been able to put them out of business, today received my first call from them since notifying the FCC on June 20th , thought maybe the calls were over, so stayed on the line to talk with an operator, her sales pitch was " we can reduce your credit card debt"  that is funny since we have none! so I requested they stop calling my number, got an immediate hang up; if enough of you file a complaint  on fcc form 1088C and fax it to 1-866-418-0232 or call them at 888-CALL-FCC  , may do some good? can't hurt

same old tiring message about lowering credit card rates... as if I need this crap.... reporting this to the "do not call registry" is a waste of time also. nothing never gets done about them . They just change their number and start all over again. Once I did speak to a "floor manager about removing my number. I explained that having repeatlly being told they remove my number  , nothings been done. She stated hows that working for you?  and  oh please don't call the PO PO  as they shoot one of us every time they come here... I have decided that next time they call I will  push (  and have their operator answer and then blow my whistle in their ears..... Maybe then  and if not  each and every time they call I blast the  police type whistle......

Scum Bags called, and basically followed the same script as mentioned on the board here.
Again this board is an awesome resource to identify [***] like this that continue to violate the DNC list, and the conditions of being on the do not call list.

Thx for everyone who continues to post the most frequent spammers. One day we'll get to tar and feather them
