Just called me in a 405 area code(Oklahoma), I don't answer anyone that isn't in my phonebook already and they didn't leave a message.

I also just got the call in the Omaha area and decided to call it back from my work phone and the number is disconnected.

They rang me once and hung up.  I called back and the number was "disconnected".  I think its more likely they taped the disconnected number message and just have it play as a voice mail message to callers because the number rings several times before going to the recorded message about it being disconnected.  

Just received a call from this number.  Do not answer calls from out of state unless I know it is family.  They are calling Texas Area code 409 at this time.

In omaha. Received call at 2:30. Did not pick up bc it was an unknown number.

This number called me at 11:51 am on Friday, January 24, 2014, Central Time.  I did not answer the phone.  About 4 hours later I tried to call the number and received a message that the number was out of service.  This is very suspicious, and I wish they were not able to call cell phones like this.

Got the same call from 407-932-2381 at 3:37pm central time on 1/24/14.

I've never stepped foot in Target in my life and got a call yesterday from this number.

Lower Alabama. Got call from this number. Didn't answer, didn't call back. No voicemail from it. Leaving it alone.

i received a call from this number on an Obama phone... how they got the number, i don't know but their mistake. i have no money and no credit cards so i'm chuckling a bit right now.

Most likely the number on your caller id was wrong. A lot of scammers/spammers/telemarketers use technology that confuses your caller id and makes wrong phone numbers appear. That phone call could have come from anywhere in the world.

answered and got 'are you ready for a magical orlando vacation'... and i hung up. i get more spam calls than regular calls anymore :(

Received call on my cell phone - no message left. (513) area code.

They just called me on my 516 area code cell phone.  I don't answer callers I don't know.  No message.
I also have a new 914 area code land line.  I received 9 robo calls (with no messages) the second day it was in service.  It's a new world . . .

Just got a call on my cell.  Called back on landline and got announcement that no. is disconnected.  I have got several calls over the last few weeks from 407 numbers.  I am in the 516 area.  I did not shop in Target lately so don't think it has anything to do with that.  Very annoying particularly when my phone rings in work.

Just got a call at 516, as well

516 cell number called a few minutes ago - unfortunately I have family in Kissimmee so I picked up - they hung up.

Another Long Islander...got the same type of call minutes ago...it is a pain in the [***] but as many times as they call (always with a similar but different number), that is as many times I block them from ever calling me again.

These calls started way before Target was hacked...
