This # called my cell just now.  No, I didn't shop at Target, and even if I did, I never give my cell phone # to any business  I assume they got my cell # from a list they purchased.

First, I hate it when someone calls my cell and they don't know me. When I call the #, it tells me it's either disconnected or has been changed. This same number calls me everyday. I cannot answer my phone during working hours. WTH????

Looks like we all just won a free vacation. Got a call 10 seconds ago. Good to have a blocking feature on your phone.

i just got called on my personal phone and then on my work phone, which isnt even in my name.  

calls were almost exactly an hour apart, didnt answer either one.

interesting thought.  i do shop at target and in the past 2 days i had two different numbers calling my cell, never before. going to look into it.

Just saw that this number called my cell.  I also don't give out my number to businesses.  Thankfully I can block this number on my phone.  I'm in 617 area.  Looks like robo-calling through all the numbers!

its very simple ... Just never answer a call from unknown number. Most of them will  just show the state...if it is real call or someone you know they will leave a  message..

how did they get a cell number that only family has.??? I am fed up with scam calls. I will not answer and will block this number.  Do not call list is useless.

Got a call on my cellphone from this number minutes ago.

Odd thing is that in the last three days, I've also received two other 'missed calls' that are from overseas numbers (with USA looking area codes) that if you DID call back, they charge you $20 for the call like a 976 number!)
Stupid freakin' scammers!!

Called me, my wife, and son on different #s all in the span of 20 minutes.  When I answered, no one responded and there was no voice mail left.

Onto the 704 area code

I too shopped at Target and have received several scam calls including this one as well as a lot more scam emails...called my son's phone shortly after mine in the 704 area code, so it may be robo calling every number.

This is the third strange number that keeps calling me and leaving no messages.  Also from 319 area code and 519 - both in Iowa - and YES I do have a Target card which I had just gotten prior to the big hacking.  Wondered also if this was a result.  But I never gave my cell # when applying for card.

716 AC here. Got a call on my cell from this number an hour or two ago, but have no idea who was on the other end because I NEVER answer numbers I don't recognize. (I come to this website instead...LOL!)

These [***] can feed any number they want to your caller ID nowadays. It's how they hide themselves, which makes them nearly impossible to track down. You can also report their number to the FTC ( go to the Do Not Call registry website) but it probably won't do you much good. Call-blocking will work for that specific number, but how long before they start using a different one? Like I said, [***], all of them...

Best advice: resist the urge to pick up when receiving a call from an unknown number. If it's a legitimate call they'll almost always leave a message; and it's rare that a scam artist will leave a number to call back on. (It makes it too easy to track them down.) Reporting them to the FTC might make you feel better, and I suppose there's a remote chance that someone at the FTC will actually find the jerkweeds making these calls and fine them. Otherwise, repeat after me: I will not pick up any call from a number I do not recognize!

Just got the call on my cell.  717 area code here   Did not answer, but the call disconnected after only 1 ring.
