They call day after day, several times a day.  My husband told the person we aren't interested.  I've told them repeatedly we are on the do not call list.

Interestingly, when I called back they identified themselves as General Home Design.  I asked if that was generalhomedesign.com and they said yes.  I checked their web site and called their 800 number and asked them if 408-385-2555 was their number.  They said yes.

Aha.  We now have a connection.  I called their other number and left a  message for Aaron.  I called back and asked the receptionist if Aaron was their owner, and she said no, he's a supervisor.

I let her know that I had referred this case to the FBI.  She promised to put me on their do not call list, but honestly didn't seem that rattled - almost as if this happens a lot and she was reading from a script.

I would love to get these guys shut down.  I'm so annoyed with these robo-dialers, and it would be good if the Darwin principal applied here to a stupid robo-dialer who didn't masquerade their phone number.

If you get this again, call Aaron, who identified himself as the owner's son, at their main number from their website http://www.generalhomedesign.com/ 408-837-9030 and complain.  He (allegedly) took me off their DNC list.

Got call from this number; I pickup; no answer.

Got a message, blocked it with my AT&T cell phone.

This guy calls me frequently to tell me he is a contractor and will have his people in my area today and tomorrow and do I want a quote.. I have told him repeatedly that I don't NEED a contractor and if I DID, I already HAVE one, but he persists.

Same as everyone else, call from General Home Design, rude person, when asked why they call do not call, hung up.  Spread the word to everyone you know:  DO NOT USE GENERAL HOME DESIGN.  If they break the law by cold calling do not call numbers, imagine the quality of work they would do for you.  Posting the number does nothing--spamming them back with BBB and YELP complaints will.

When I answered phone there was silence - so I put mute on and speaker and just listened. After a minute they hung up. This happens on a daily basis, ugh!

received call from this number, then immediate hang-up by caller (did not identify)

They call constantly.  I do not answer if I don't recognize the number.  Most of the time it's a message with a womans voice just saying "goodbye"

Just called at 1:25pm Sept 7th.
They did not leave a message.  
So annoying.

They are persistent on calling and violating the DNC list. FTC has been notified but obvious over whelmed with a lot a complaints and most likely understaffed to investigate everything.  I'm able to transfer their calls to another number, so currently when they call, they will know what time it is in Hilo Hawaii.  

I just press "1" until the caller hangs up.   In a few cases, this works with robocalls, as this has crashed their system (it went to a loop for about 40 minutes until I hang up).   "Human" callers are also very upset to find a machine in the line, and you can notice it by the way they hung up their phones.

We get calls two or three times a day from Campbell, Ca but the number is 408-385-9737.  They never leave a message and this has been going on for a couple of months.  Wonder if it could be the same company.  We never answer.

recieved a all from them today. Since we know people in Campbell, I answered. Took a few seconds for the auto dialer to connect me to a person who proceeded to say that the call was being recorded for quality assurance and then asked for me by name. I said, "that's me" then she asked me to verify last 4 of my ssn. I asked who this was and she gave me a name (maybe Shirley? I don't recall) and I had to ask who she was with and she stated *something* Consulting and if I was uncomfortable I could confirm my "billing address." At that point I said this sounds like a scam and hung up.
