Yes, constant calling from this number.  Believe it is a hoax and will have
it blocked if it continues.  Don't these people have something better to do?

I have been getting calls from (409)-754-5040.  They NEVER answer, and they keep on calling me.  They are annoying the heck out of me.  It is Hydroxytone.  I will be reporting them to FCC.gov.

We used my daughter's cell phone to call a number for a wrinkle reducer.  Now suddenly about a week later we are getting calls from this number and also 503-937-1100.  Is there anything we can do to make them stop?

After ordering this creme and then returning it because of the rash it caused, i started getting calls from the same number 5-10 times a day.  I called the customer service (800) 672-2259 and told them to remove my number.  Supposedly they now will.  Give them a call.  Maybe it will work?

These people call at least once a day.  When I call back, it says they tried to contact me regarding an inquiry I made about their product, and that they will remove me from their call list.  Doesn't seem to be happening with the call list.

They called 3 times, 11/11, at 5:46 EST, wed 11/12 at 12:00 noon and 11/13 at 11:00 am

i live in the 408 area but and my friend got this call. 408 is silicon valley and san jose

408-754-5040 hung up upon answering.  Yes prior commenter is right  Hydroxatene. I said screw that after they said FREE but 12.95 shipping / Handling AND they also have your credit card so they AAUTOMATICALLY ship to you......Same BS as with that Bee Pollen Vitamin guy...

Just to let you know, I work for a company like the one you are receiving calls from.  What happens is you call from a phone to ask about a product or to order it.  If you don't order people like me call you back by way of a computer-generated call and we try to find an offer that will work for you.  If you HANG UP, say you'll think about it, or some other excuse the computer will redial you up to five times because it understands we did not reach you with a successful sale.  If you tell us to remove you from our list your removal is dependent on the person calling you ending the call properly on the computer.  It might take some time for the "do not call" to generate so you might get more calls.  WE DO NOT KNOW what you're experiencing.  The computer calls you and we have no control over it.  No one should be sending you anything that you said no to.  We are trained NOT to do that.  We are very upfront with our customers (you).  If you received an automatic shipment it's because we DID explain that to you before ending the call.  Listen carefully.  These products are NOT b/s but if you hang up we'll call you again.  If you do not listen carefully to what the person is telling you you'll say "ok" and then be in for a surprise because you weren't really listening.  It's not because we didn't tell you so.  This is a real product with real results.  If you want to stop receiving calls you need to stop hanging up and tell us so when we call you.

I got a call from this number today.  I heard that ad on the radio for some eye cream and called it once and then hung up so I guess I'm on their list now. Very annoyedM going to report it to the do not call people and any other organization that may be able to help make it stop.

I have received 2 phone calls in the past 2 days, in the morning, I've missed both of them but when I call back the messages says I will be added to a "do not call list" which I have not been because like I said I got another phone call this morning, and yes I ordered a cream by an ad I heard on the radio. Great this is my cell number they keep calling too!

Yes this is Hydroxatone, I just called their 800 number to inquire on their product that was supposed to be a free trial and upfront they wanted money....so I said never mind and a bit later received a call from this number that I didn't pick up.  I will complain as well on fcc.gov

it's the people from hydroxytone that supposal youth rejuvination cream. yea right. good luck i can't get them to stop calling me for anything.

I received a call today from this number.  When I called back there was an automated response.  I, too, had called a 1-800 number regarding an eye cream after hearing the advertisement on the radio, but did not purchase the product.  They will not have to worry about me spending my money with them.

person called an didn't leave a message. I don't answer calls from numbers that aren't saved in my phone book and after reading all of the comments I see why.

Got several calls from 408-754-5577..Got pissed off cause I found out it's a marketing company because I recently purchased a product from one of their Ass-Hole-She-its.

I called the number, got a recording that said if I want to be removed from their call list to email them or mail them through the postal service.

I only listened to one that requires their email address. So here it is:
