calls up to 4 times a day.  I do not answer.  I cannot find a name for this company on the web anywhere.  I can't wait for them to stop calling.

This number called my cell and is from Maryland.  I do not answer also.  Anyone been able to stop it!

charter cable telemarketing call

They call at random times, usually once per day (even before 9AM on the weekends).  They never leave a message, and won't pick up when I call back to tell them to stop calling.

These people call have called at least once per day for months.  The good news is that no one was here to answer!  Early this morning, however, was a different story. It was difficult to determine if this was simply a telemarketer ignoring the DO-NOT-CALL list, or if it was a scam.  I told them this number was on the DO-NOT-CALL list and if they called again I would file a complaint with the police and the FTC.  We'll see if this solves the problem.

Called me tonight around 7:06 pm EST - was in a meeting and didn't pick up.  No message left.  This is the first time I have rec'd a call from this number...

If so many people are being called and harrassed by this caller isn't there something that can be done?

We already use charter for telephone, cable and internet.  Have told them we are not iterested in upgrading and are happy with what we have now.  They still call over and over again, leave no messages and when my husband answered, no one answered him.  I too, would like to see these calls stop!!!

Would love to find the person/machine/program responsible for this number calling my cell. Talk about irritating! Nice to know I'm not the only one, but still, how can we make it stop??

I've received 2 calls from this number.  They do not leave a message.  Cell phone providers should provide a blocking service, free of charge, for these types of calls.

I just starting getting this call. I got curious because its always the same number. Imagine my surprise when I see multiple blogs about this number. WTH!! I would not surprise me if it were Charter Cable, their whole operation is a scam.

So, it weird right. For the last couple of days I have been receiving a call from this number 410-774-8191, about once or twice a day. I say it's weird because they're calling my work cell. I try calling back and no one picks up and it tell me the memory is full. This is BS... They need to block this number.

Have gotten at least 2 call from this number.  I don't answer it because I don't recognize the number.  No message is ever left.  I don't return numbers that I don't know and don't leave a messaged.

I've been getting calls from this number consistantly over the past few months.  I never answer, because I don't recognize the number...  and when I dial the number, it's always busy.  WHO IS THIS????? Can you block them from calling

Called and they did not answer. I was also recently Harrassed by a Charter caller.

Calls my cell phone, my only phone.  Never leaves message.  I have put this number in my address book as DNA (do not answer) and the ringer on SILENT.  That wayI never hear the call.  When I look at received calls they appear to have called several times a week.  Like I said I don't hear them call anymore with the ringer on silent for this call.
