They call from this number to confirm appointments as well.

Missed call. They didn't leave a message.  I don't have any upcoming dr. appts with UPMC.

Someone in my family just got a call like you did from 412-802-3100. Like you, we did not have an upcoming appt. at UPMC, but are concerned that someone is trying to use our health insurance fraudulently. Did you ever see claims made on your health insurance that were for appts that were not yours? Or were you ever made to pay a medical bill that was not yours that may have been related to this call from the UPMC number?

It was UPMC, calling to confirm an appointment on Thursday for Julia for some kind of orthopedic surgery. My name's not Julia, and I certainly don't have an appointment.

This number called me about 5 times in a row today in 15 minute span. I answered and it was just a beeping noise over and over again. Similar to a fax machine. I called the number back and a message says it is indeed UPMC but that they cannot trace who your call was from .

But the incoming call is still just that beeping.

This is an automated call from UPMC to remind you of a Dr appointment. I find it quite irritating and quite rude to do it this way. Calls after 8 pm many times.

General UPMC number.  Left a message for me to return the call and gave a direct number.  Calling to discuss test results I had done for Endocrinologist.

I callled the number back and it was UPMC. The recording said if I had an appointment to contact them directly. I do not even have UPMC insurance or have any doctors there.

This was a "reminder" recording from my doctor's office reminding me about my upcoming appointment.

Received a call from this number but no message was left

I had a missed all at 4:00 AM from this number. By the time I got to the phone, the call had disconnected. No message and when I called it back I got the same recording as above about drs appointments, which i don't have.  Extremely annoyed that this came at 4:00 AM! When the phone rings in the middle of the night, it's never good news. For this automated call to generate at 4:00 AM is uncalled for!

I got a call from this number on my work phone, so they dialed main number and my extension to get to me... I was out of the office at the time, and just checked my voicemail, all I hear is like hold music. I have no idea who was calling me, since I don't have any appointments coming up, hoping it was a call about a job I applied for online a little while ago but I didn't get anything useful from the voicemail.

I have a appoint with UPMC so must be a verify.  I love it when they do that I hate when they dont remind you.  Thanks UPMC in my Jimmy Fallon voice.

Have never given my number to UPMC, how did they get this and why?  I don't even have a doctor there?
