Have never given my number to UPMC, how did they get this and why?  I don't even have a doctor there?

This was a recorded message from Patrice King Brown (Pittsburghers will know this person) informing me of a "town hall meeting for seniors to participate in" (I'm 35) and giving updates on, what I assume to be, the battle between UPMC and Highmark.

it was from automated call from UPMC reminding me of my appointment.

Got a call from this # yesterday asking for Keith.    I said no Keith here, wrong #.  The women sounded drunk and told me that Keith has to be there....
Just got another call from the same # and sounded like the same lady, asking if this was the police department.  I said no and she said well who is this then.  I said I'd prefer not to tell you.  and hung up....Weird.  

i received a call from this number as well. it called my business phone, no message was left. i have no upcoming appointments with this center and i never have. and if i had, i would not have given out my business number to call me. i would have used my personal cell phone. and no, it wasn't for another employee, i am the only person in my business.

This is the UPMC number listed for almost any kind of outgoing call.  It is the number listed when the automated caller calls to confirm appointments, but it is also the number listed sometimes when the nurse calls back.  My wife works for UPMC and if she calls it is the number listed for that also.  You wont know until you answer it or listen to your voicemail to find out exactly who is calling.

I got a call today from this number at 12:23pm and I answered. However all I heard was beeping every few seconds. It scared the hell out of me so I just hung up. They called again a few minutes later, I didn't answer and no voicemail was left. It wasn't for any appointment because I don't have one scheduled, anywhere, in fact. So.. I'm rather confused.

I received a call from this number at 4:30 in the morning. It was an intoxicated male who asked for Courtenay.

Received a call from this number this morning. It is an automatic caller run by the UPMC hospitals that is confirming an upcoming appointment. You can confirm the appointment or cancel it through this useful call. I sort of like it. I would rather have this call come through than miss an important doctors appointment.

I just got a call from this number on my answering machine. I googled the number because I have so many Dr. appointments I don't know who is calling me from day to day. I couldn't understand the message at all. It was long and muffled and sounded like a creep call when someone tries to disguise their voice. I'm afraid to call it back.

This number has called SIX times today and they don't leave any message.  This is getting to be harassment!

Just got a call from this number, identified themselves as Jackie Foster looking for their cousin. When I asked them to repeat this they asked if this was Jim. I said no and they hung up. They were pressing the numbers 956 during the call? Very weird.

Just received a call from this number and a "Why the f*** did you hang up on me?"  "Is this Kevin"  If this is a number being used by a professional company, someone needs to be monitoring their employees.  And I don't live in PA I live in WA

Phone calls from patients within Western Psych (hospital) show up as coming from this number, just like the rest of the UPMC Physicians offices when they call about appointments or billing issues.

It was an automated call from UPMC reminding me of an upcoming doctor's appointment.

got a call from 412-803-3100 nobody spiking, few minutes later same # again this time someone (female voice) said "oh never mind"
