That is exactly what the man with the heavy accent was saying to me this morning & i asked if he was even in the US & he said California.

My biggest mistake was applying online for a payday loan to one of these payday loan brokers. Be aware that when you do this, even though the payday loan broker may be reputable, that it opens it up for your name and information to be "sold" to lists and ultimately scammers like these a@@holes. get a hold of it. This man from this number called me, strange the number didn't even show up on my caller ID but I got it on my voicemail header information. He left a voicemail calling me by name using a thick Indian accent. I MUST CALL HIM IMMEDIATELY AND NOT IGNORE HIS CALL OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES! OR HAVE MY ATTORNEY CONTACT HIM IMMEDIATELY! What a ruse! Then he called back, and didn't say a word, just dead silence  on my voicemail for about 10 minutes straight!!!! I will definitely be filing a complaint on this outfit! He IDd himself as Justin Johnson, right, these call centers in India always give their workers American names because their names are too difficult to pronounce. Didn't ID the company.

I just made a post and wanted to say I also went online and filed a FTC complaint. For all you folks who are getting these calls on your smart phones there's an app you can download called Mr. Number. You can then program in this number, or any other number that's harassing you and block it. The phone won't even ring on your end when they call and on their end it rings once and hangs up on them. They can call till kingdom comes and you won't be bothered. This app saves me at least 20 annoying calls every day.

just recieved 4 calls from them threatening to have me arrested  at my place of work( police department)  first caller  name was  Dales Smith ( had to be fake name cause he had strong Indian accent) hung up on me, I called back he said his name was Tony Jones again strong accent, 3rd time I called back a woman again Indian accent to me her name was Lisa Jones. They new alot of my information, last 4 digits of my social, my place of work, and said I needed to pay back the money today or I would be arrested. I just got a pay day loan yesterday, my 1st payment isnt even due yet.

they told me I will be arrested at my job cause I refused to pay them I never had a pay day loan ...i filled out an application and when the lady on the phone started telling me I would be paying back 400 on a 800 loan I cancelled...next day Im getting calls saying theft, and fraud...they speak with a heavy accent claiming that their name is tony jones but  I know its an Indian dude in a call center...Im not gonna let this  go...I have filed a police report and I also called the FTC....

Same message as all the others but now they are calling at 5 am

Yes this is a scam!!! And they called my job!! I am sick of this!!!1 What can I do to stop this crap???

These [***] called me an my boss. I looked up the number an saw it was a scam. I don't even have a loan out. I called to address this an the hang up everytime. I'd like like to get a hold of there neck. I'm sure a Obama supporters once there non Americans.

This number called my phone and did everything you all just stated this is crazy something needs to be done this could scare the living day light out of someone !!!
