I just got a call from Daniel saying that I just won one out of five prizes and to come and claim it tomorrow. They also told me to bring two pieces of ID with me and was very persistent on me coming in tomorrow. He told me that his sponsors are wal-mart, ikea and Canadian tire. They also had very strong accents and for some reason I thought that it was a legit company but as I came on to look up F Source International, I saw all the comments above and everything that was said to these other people was the exact same thing said to me(address, accents, 1 out of 5 prizes, the same names of people, etc.) Also his name was Daniel so everyone should be aware that F Source International is a fraud company who tries to persist you on coming to 1510 Drew Road but you definitely should not go.

I received the first call from this company 2 weeks ago.  As I did not recall filling out any ballot, I took the information from the first guy (did not remember his name) so that I could check with my husband, who might have been the one to fill it out.  The first guy said he would transfer me to his supervisor to give me the prize # (why couldn't he do it?).  The supervisor came on the line and he wasn't willing to give me my prize number right away (he could sense the lack of enthusiasm or suspicion in my voice), then I knew there was something not right about this company.
One week later, they called again to ask why I had not come to claim my prize and I stated clearly we were not interested and to not call back again.  less than 5 mins later, a supervisor called me for the same reason.  When I told him that I had spoken to someone just a few minutes ago, asking not to be called back, he said, I'm only just hearing this information - ya right, the first guy told you and you called back trying to persuade me.  
Now today, they called again!  I am not one to be rude and hang up, but he would not listen to me and tried to keep talking over me.  I replied 'I've asked not to be called back, you are not respecting my wishes, therefore I will be reporting you."  Unfortunately, I do not have names as anyone I've spoken to has heavy accents but the name James does sound familar.  What make me mad is that they had our correct tele#, name and address!  Where do they get this information?  Somewhere along the line, our personal imformation has been sold - and in the days when identity theft is on the rise, this is scary.

I received a call on April 9th saying we were the winners of 1of 5 prizes and that we would have to attend a 1 1/2 hour presentation at 1510 Drew Road to receive our prize.  We had to bring 2 ids each.  As a rule I never fill out ballots especially those with questions pertaining to income.  Tonight my husband received another call from someone else claiming the same thing.  They didn't believe him when they said we were to be attending a presentation tomorrow night.  The accents were very difficult to understand and my husband hung up on them.  We are not going to the presentation.  Actually I'm thinking of contacting the police tomorrow.  Thank you to all who have commented on this scam.  I will let you know what the police say.

I got the call today from F Source International regarding winning 1 of 5 prizes..blahblahblah....I can't remember the first caller's name but the "supervisor" was Alex  the number they called me from was 905-241-1044 and I was asked to call back to confirm the time to pick up my prize at 416-548-5984 ext 110. I wonder if Walmart, Canadian Tire, Hakim Optical and wherever else they are saying you filled the ballot at are aware that this is happening and are using their company names for this scam...

My managers name was Steve Park at ext 1200. No way that was his legal name. Both people I spoke to had heavy Indian/Punjabi accents.They claim that they are backed by Bad Boy Furniture and Hakim Optical. They want two forms of ID including photo ID, your spouse and her ID.have to show up for a 5:30 or an 8:00pm meeting that will take no longer than 90 minutes.
Maybe they are in the Identity Theft business. I did not and do not fill out ballots as they claim that my ballot was one of 50 selected out of thousands.

I got this call abt 5 minutes ago and from what I have read its surely a scam. They can wait forever for me on saturday!!!!

I just got the 4th call from these guys, same as all the above my guys named Daniel says that I do not have to listen to a presentation or buy anything, set up an appointment for tomorrow but after reading all this there is no way I am going.  I would be very interested to hear back from anyone that has actually attended their 90 minute speel.. he told me it would take 90 minutes to get through the selection of the gift and adminstration.  lol...  You have no idea how frustrating it is to keep getting this call.  They cant speak English and are persistant.   I have put the phone down on them yet they keep coming back fro more.  So I set up the appointment to get as much detials as possible and was going to go just to proof a point but now I dont think my precious time is worth this.

I got the number 1-905-241-1022. I went along with him to get all company info and address so I can report them to Canada's National Do Not Call List. Whatever that is? I registered back when it started and go to website to make sure it hasn't expired on me and nope it hasn't expired. I don't blame these telemarketers they just trying to make a living just like everyone else. I blame these BS Do not call list the Canadian government programs. It's probably just  a list that goes no where so they can scam more tax payer money. You know create a diversion so we don't see where the money goes, we just think ah money is going to this list. What list? Look CRTC is involved, government is involved, all i see going on is thick envelopes being passed around. Well my point is I've been on this BS list since it started in 2008, and i still get calls from these telemarketers. SO what is really going on?

i just got a call 5 minutes same info, i was laughing at the Linda with an accent, she ask me why i'm laughing i told it time sharing and i;m not interested,she said no,just like all the other post, nothing in canada is for free plus i knew i never fill out balot,i was never going to Drew rd, hope nobody goes! thanks guys for all the other posts.

These guys should be reported to the police. They called my home phone today, asked for my wife and then asked for me (by full first and last name). They were fishing for more information for sure. Same dialogue as above. I kept them on hold as I was picking up my lunch, and I suspected this was some BS.
The manager came on the line (Sarah Kelsey or something like that). Eventually she hung up on me since I kept putting her on hold.
Thats when I googled the company name.
They had very attractive prizes, but I aint going to Drew road.

Guard your identities - buy identity theft insurance if you can, its becoming a serious risk.

Wow, I'm glad that I decided to look up this company on the internet before I wasted my precious time going to Drew Road!  Just think, I almost believed it and went.  I feel so stupid now.  Nothing at all is free.  I wont be going for my appt. tomorrow.  That's for sure......But I am also very curious if anyone has gone to "claim" their prize.  If so, please let us know how it went......

Just received a call like all of the above people did on 18 April .  I knew it was a scam.  I even told them so,  This site has confirmed my suspensions.  Thanks.

These guys have called my home numerous times, but the noise on the phone line is so bad that combined with their thick accent I can't understand what they are saying. Finally when I understood what they were saying I told them it was impossible because I never fill out ballots in malls. But they did have very detailed info about me so this is scary. So when the guy passed me over to the supervisor who proceeded to try to book a time for me to pick up my free gift, I goodled the name & number and found this page. I was pretty sure it was a scam and this confirmed it so I told the guys not to call my number again or I would report them. We'll see if they call back.
I sure would like to know where they are getting all the detailsed personal info.

I just got a call and told that i wanted my price to go to charity, he rufused

i got a similar call, actually my second call from the same guy James , who is a language barrier case trying to convince and pressure me that i have to come and collect my prize. He continue  to talk and talk , i told him to give the prize to someone else or to charity .He get very upset and hang up the phone.

I got the same phone call from this company f-source international .telling me how i won a prize  and have to come to 1510 Drew road .I told the man i was't interesting because i know there a catch in there but they still  calling and would not take no for answer i was thinking of going but after i read all this no way am not going.

I have been receiving calls on this SCAM for 2 years now.  I even know which store in Bramelea City Center sold my name & phone number (the store has since closed).  
I receive a call about once per month.  They have gone through 3 company names and various phone numbers BUT the call is always the same.  They have your name, address & phone number.  They insist that you have filled in a ballot at (name any major store - it keeps changing, today they asked if I remembered shopping at a grocery store in December 2009!!) They mention 5 prizes and the need to show up in person to "claim" them.  You then have to wait for a supervisor to give you a reference/claim number and the exact time & date to show up at Drew Rd (used to be a Woodbridge address).  Someone did go to the Woodbridge locations and reported back that he & his wife spent 3 hours, listening to a timeshare presentation and being heavily pressured to buy one immediately.  

For today's call, I allowed him to give his spiel and then informed him that as of next week I will have a new address & phone number and did he want it?  I gave him the address & phone number for Peel Regional Police.  Wonder if they'll catch on???

Got the same call and the guy "joe' told me that I won 1/5 prizes from filling out a ballot at Walmart. So I pursued it and was, like everyone else, transferred to Mark, his manager, and made the appointment to go to Drew Rd (mississauga, ON) to claim my prize...that was yesterday and we didn't go. So, I got another phone call tonight asking why I didn't show up... I told him something came up and persisted that we could attend tonights presentation... we "accidentally" missed this one too....lol...

I also asked him to send me an email confirmation of what they were telling me... Below is what was sent:

I got the same call today. 905-241-1039 Lucky for me my kids were going nuts so I couldn't stay on the phone. the accents were very hard to under stand. I thought that the company name was Fund Source international. I looked at the Better Business Bureau and this is what I found.
