Just got off the phone with the company - f source.  Same story as above except I set up at time for tomorrow which I have no plan on making but hopefully they will call back to see what happened to me - I will continue to set up appointments until they figure out that I will never show up.  Also I did not give them my or my wifes real names.

Thanks so much for posting, all of you. I got this call today, just as I was rushing out of the house with a screaming toddler. They almost had me, I even got a babysitter lined up for tomorrow so hubby and I could go to this scamfest. My gut feeling told me to sniff around online to see if this FSource place really existed and, well, here I am.

I almost got caught because I'm a sweepstakes fan and I've won great stuff before with no problems, from reputable companies like Proctor & Gamble and Airmiles and others. So there are ways to get free stuff, but caution should always be taken in every instance.

These F Source people are soulless and evil and should be prosecuted or sued for making false claims. I could never lie to anyone like that, but then again if they are indeed stealing identities the lying is the least of their vices. If those low life criminals call me again I'll do a three-way call with my husband. That conversation won't be pretty. He's like the Hulk with telemarketers.

Just got the same call.  F Source from 905-241-1039.  Listened to same prizes, passed to GM, William in this case, wouldn't give me a confirmation code because I couldn't commit to a time to go to Drew Road. Said I would call hubby and call back (apparently I filled out a ballot in December also, when I wasn't even in the Country).  Idiot said he would hold while I called him and said how the h**l can you hold if I have to call?  Said he would call back in 5 mins.  Googled the Company and found you all here.  He called about 5 times, I ignored the calls, the 6th time I answered Officer --------disguised my voice.  They are not getting the message as they are calling me right now.

I just received the same phone call from #905-241-1053!  I did however fill out some ballots during December, but I could not remember what they were for.  When they called they asked for Mr. or Mrs.  When I said this was Mrs. they said I was one of five finalists, blah, blah, blah.  I asked if my husband could pick up the prize (he is much bigger then me and a little bit scarey!) they said no you won the prize.  Well why did you ask for Mr. or Mrs. - if Mr. answered the phone would he have been the winner???  No you won the prize and he can't claim it.  Then why are you asking for Mr. or Mrs. when you called.

My first thought was, why do you want me to leave my house at a certain time???  Hmmmmmm.  Second thought, why do you want me (a woman) to come claim the prize?  Hmmmmmm.
Third thought, people actually get paid to waste my time!!!!  Hmmmmmm.

I just got off the phone with Daniel Smith (but sounded more like a Jag Jit Manider Binder) the Sr. Manager. Phone # 416-548-5983 ex 243 from F Source International. I could not understand what the hell he was saying. I keep saying Pardon me?, What?, Can you Please speak a little slower? Huh? Who? What? hahaha trying to annoy him, and he keep repeating every thing over and over and over again...then I told him that i wasn't interested, but he keep trying to setup a time for me to come in. I told him I would call him back to set up a time. Damn these guys just don't give up.  Don't answer the phone if you see this number 905-241-1030.

I got the same call yesterday afternoon.. I was a bit iffy.. agreed to come in with my husband for tonight and just saw everyone's post clearly not going in. I specifically told them that if this was a time share thing etc.. I wasn't interested and they kept claiming it wasnt... it was just a "gifting ceremony" and we would walk away with the gift... I told them I didnt remember filling out a ballow and I wasn't between 27-65 they said "oh maybe your husband filled it out" he's not normally one to fill out ballots.. neither of us are so I thought that was kind of strange...

same thing as above, was suspicious from start, especially with the noise level in the background. some heavily asian accented guy who passed me on to his supervisor who then slipped by giving me micheal tormansky at the beginning of the call, and shawn smith at the end. these guys shd be arrested.

I just got a call, not from the number here, but from 905-241-1055. Same story line, same company name. She insisted there was no obligation and they "weren't selling time shares! (dead giveaway they were!) Same, very strong south-Asian accident and very bad phone line on top of it!  When I told them I didn't have a car to get to their location, "Linda" asked if my husband couldn't drive me. I asked "what husband?" She said my "ballot" had that I was "Mrs." I replied that I was, but now divorced. So, she asked if I had a  partner, live-in boyfriend, etc. No... I'm single. Ha! Suddenly I no longer qualified! Next time, I'll remember that!

Forgot to mention... I asked them to remove my phone number from their list. I sympathetically suggested there was no point calling me again only to have me repeat all this call! We'll see if they do or not!

They try to get you to go to 1510 DREW ROAD UNIT # 6 at Dixie and Derry to pickup your "prize".

Its best to report them so they stop calling people and bothering people. It only takes a few minutes to report them. Less time than you wasted listening to the scam agent.

Thanks for that last post.  I received the exact same phone call today and I'm really glad I decided to Google this F. Source International company.  After calling the # for Phone Busters, I was told that what these guys are doing is legal, but certainly unethical.  They're tricking people into signing time shares and it is up to the consumer to read all the fine details before signing anything.

Here are 2 ways you can stop them:

1) Report them to Phone Busters like I did

2) Report them to the National Do Not Call List
They can be fined for calling you if you're on the list.  It takes 31 days to process your request.  I signed up for the DNC list 2 months ago so I know they'll be getting at least one fine coming their way.

Got the same call from 905-241-1039.
I could understand about 25% of what the caller said.  She asked if I remembered filling out a ballot in December, blah blah.  I told her I didn't remember.  She asked me to confirm the information she was reading off of my handwritten ballot.  I told her I wasn't going to do that until she told me what I won and what I had to do.  She pretty much started yelling at this point.  She rambled off the prizes and when I told her I was pretty sure it was a scam, she got even angrier. I asked her how many people she's called to tell them they are a winner.  She said I was the 10th winner.  I asked her how many people she said that to, she was unimpressed.  So while talking I googled the company and then told her what I had done and that she has called many people  and given them the same speel.  She then told me that there were actually 50 winners total. So I asked her why she told me I was the 10th.  She started yelling and my comprehension of what she was saying went down to about 5%.  I laughed, told her it was a scam and that those they call are reporting these things online.  She hung up on me.  Wasted 5 minute call....but mildly amusing.

Got the call on Sunday night! Wife spoke to a Jeff Jordan who sounded nothing like... and I been dreaming about a 42" LCD ever since. Today was the fateful day for our appointment and lucky me that I googled the name for the location map and came across this forum. Thanks for all your posts...I guess no LCD TV for me!! LOL

Can't wait for them to call back so I can harass them in return...hopefully on Sunday night...

I had a very nice long chat with Shane - ext 147 - on May 5 regarding all of the wonderful prizes that were being offered to me because I had filled out a contest entry form. I know I hadn't hadn't done so but they siad I probably just forgot since it was a few months ago.

I listened dutifully and responded when required as I watched TV and took down all of the information including my gift code and where I can pick up my prize after sitting through a 90 minute presentation - not a minute more at 1510 Drew Rd.

I just called PhoneBusters to report them with all of the information. They're not exactly doing anything illegal but they are misleading.

Just got a call .  It was the same as all the ones I read on this website.  The phone number though was 905-241-1023.  The supervisor's number was 416 -548-5983  X828.  He was " William Lee".   Thinking of talking to the police.  Has anyone done this?   I have been  on the no call list for a long time so obviously it isn't  too effective.  I am very concerned that they had information on me.

I won too!   I had a hell of a time understanding them though.  They asked me if I remember filling out a ballet in 2009.  I said "no".  Their response was it did not matter because it was so long ago.    I'm an extremely skeptical person to begin with but I listened (with great difficulty) to the same pitch reported above.  My senior supervisor was William Lee 416 548 5983 ext 822.  The difference was I was told I had one all five prizes, and then it changed to a draw for one of them.  I really hope people report these people to whoever they can to help prevent this crap in the future.  I found it really funny that as soon as I googled the name,  This thread was at the top of the list.   I will be requesting another credit report though.  Can't be too safe.

As above - same info.  I did call both my local police and the RCMP Phone Busters at 1-888-495-8501.  I appears they sell timeshares and want you there for exactly 5:35 or 8 pm, so make you sit for 2 hours and hard sell you.

I was spoken to by a James and a Johnny, both with a thick Indian accent and the number was 416-548-5984 Ext 117.  When I called back, Johnny was no where to be found.

I gave this guy a hard time as well but he managed to get me to listen. Difficult-noisy background like it was the stock exchange or telemarketer. [ I called the number and some woman answered[ wrong number] Anyway after telling me the scheme,he transfered me to Daniel Hopkins [strange same first name and sounded like Daniel Richards] also foeign is number was 416 548 5983 ext 243.   I got the same information and directions for tromorrow night. When I said my husband was deceased that ,he told me to take someone else[MALE] and say he's my common law husband and we have a combined income of 60,000. also bring 1 picture id and 1 other. I just called 416 548 5983 number not in service.Have a good night all and happy Mothers' Day on Sunday to all Moms out there!
