Same thing, call and hang up after I answer the phone.

This number rings my home at all times of the day and night and it has been constant for months. I would really like this to stop.

keep seeing this # on my phone when i get home. there must be something that the so called goverment people we are paying can do something about these PESTS

I know they're representing the Star, because there was actually someone on the line once last month when "NCC Inc" came on caller ID, and they were tryingto sell me a subscription to the Star, Since then I've had about 20 calls with no one on the line as many people have been describing.

Its the Newspaper Call Centre and apparently, they are exempt from the DNC (do not call) list

i get the same all the time.  at least once a week.  They never seem to ring when i'm home.  It's extremely annoying.

I have been subscribing to the Toronto Star for 20 years. If I find out that these calls from NCC.INC are their doing. I will not only cancel my subscription, but I will encourage as many as my friends and others to do the same. And believe me, I'm very good at just that.

Don't know who these people are or where they got this number but what a pain in the @##$! How do you get them to stop - this has been going on for over a year now!!!!!!

they call every single day at 10:00am and on the weekends at 8:00am, they never leave a message, this has been going on now for 4 weeks.

These people called at all hours but don't say a thing! What kind of company will waste their marketing dollars this way? Not to mention the total waste of time of being on the DNC list!!!!

NCC Inc is newspaper call centre.

Its a newspaper company!! I left msg on their voicemail!!!!

They keep calling and when I was finally home to answer the call, they hung up on me. I am adding them to the do not call registry.

This number calls quite often. I do not answer,if its important they will leave a message.

i put them on call block but they keep calling between  8 and 9 am and pm  so annoying

This number calls our phone at least 2 times a day.  And last night they called at 9:30 pm.  I have reported this number to CRTC for violation of the time they called.  Fed up with them!!!

They call every day, no answer or message picked up
