Same here, Rogers customer.  
Have sort of circumvented this by adding the # to my contacts, then assigning a custom ring tone (assigned to "mute").  The calls won't stop but at least the phone won't ring aloud when they do, and I can just delete them.

i have been getting called 6 - 8 times daily from them.... i answered once and it was some dink from rogers calling as a courtesy call... i had to verify my account info before he could talk to me... but he called me!?!?!?

he wasn't very professional at all... constantly yawning while he was talking to me and coughed loudly in my ear several times during the call.  I had to end the call because he was taking far to long and asking if i needed help setting up my iphone to use the ipod feature....uuuuhhhhhh no thanks....then he offered to add services to my account i already have....

so long story short... they're still calling me 6+ times per day even AFTER i talked to them

I called back and got the Rogers call center. I pressed buttons until i got an attendant on the line and I gave him all my info and he checked and my bill was up to date and he could not understand why I got the call. He took note of it on my file and if it happens again they will look into why it is happening. I have not had the problem since.

this is a rogers number..when your account is close to being suspended this number starts calling for payment.

i find it odd that this would be billing as,  my rogers bill is automaticall charged to my credit card every month,  had service for 4 months, ever bill gets paid when they choose to withdraw it, and not once has it bounced,  yet i still get this stupid call and no one is every there, and not wasteing my mins to answer and call it back

I just got a call from this number... woke me up from a very nice sleep!

My boyfriend is with Rogers and we used my TELUS number as an alternate. The calls started about a week after we were signed up with Rogers. How lame!

This is so bloody annoying. Anything I can do to stop this?

Rogers customer in Calgary.  Got a call from this number with nobody on the other end.

Same thing, its Rogers, I asked them. Its their collections number.

Repeated calls, 1 call per day, no one on line when picked up.  Does not leave voicemail.

They called twice today, I ignored it the first time, picked up the second time and it was a lady from Rogers welcoming me to the company (I recently signed up to a new 3 year deal). She asked me if I had any questions about my plan, which I did, and she answered them excellently. It was a free call for me, even though it was a long-distance call, according to her. I had to say 'hello' a couple times before she answered.

So to all you people ignoring the call - Just answer it, say hi to the nice service rep, and they'll stop harassing you...

This number has called me 4 times in the last hour.  I do not answer, dont know who it is and wish them not to call me back!

ever lame. Rogers is rigged! this is the stupidest thing ever. they're losing business because of this. my phone is ringing off the hook with this stupid phone number. FRIGG.

They are still calling

Someone called today. She thought the answering machine was me. Then she hung up.

I just got a call from this number too. So at least I know to continue avoiding them. I just wish they wouldn't call at night AND on holidays...

I too have received several calls from this number.  I'm putting it here so we have a record of when and who.
