Received multiple calls from this number. Was an automated voice message from Rogers reminding me of a scheduled appointment tomorrow (installation).

They could have just phoned once. Kind of strange to phone 4-5 times in under an hour leaving the same message.

Phoning my home phone at least once a week.  I'm not a Rogers customer and never intend being a Rogers customer.  Answering the phone with the intention of telling them to stop calling hasn't worked, as there is never anyone there.

They called me at 8am Sat morning. Give me a break. If I called my clients 8 times a day because they owed me money I would have no clients. It borders on harassment.

annoying 10 calls a day! make it stop! I'm on top of my bills, the second the bill date arrives they call relentlessly and at all hours!

Matt, I pay my bills every month and usually on time. A couple of months ago I even paid extra. I've been a customer for over 10 years. They certainly don't need to harass me unless I'm a month late which I never am. Give me a break, this is ridiculous. No wonder the rates keep going up.

This number started calling this morning at 9:15. They've called 9 times since. Its now 1:08pm. I'm about to SNAP! Will be calling Rogers as it seems to be a common denominator. An 888 number called too and it was Rogers trying to sell some new plan. I've asked nicely several times already for them to stop soliciting this number to no avail. I will be cancelling my services if this does not stop.

Its not for late bills. I'm never late. Bills paid the day it comes out. So its not that. I am going to call and lose it today though...

I just received a call from this number and since it was a number I didn't recognize, I didn't answer.
Now I'm not with Rogers, I'm with Wind mobile, so it can go to any phone.

I receive these calls multiple times per day to my cell phone and it just costs me money. NO message left and I am not answering a long distance number I don't know.....it is truly starting to piss me off!!!!!!!!!!!

I am receiving calls on my cell phone from 1-416-645-2105 (ontario number) It is long distance on my phone and will not answer it.  Can you tell me who is calling?

I am not even with Rogers and they call me, same number at let's 15 times per day, its getting really annoying as they call while I'm in class! I just called the number on my home phone as there was no one nswering when I tried with my cell and it was rogers billing opertions or somethingm once again I'm not even with rogers! It turned out they were calling the wrong number the entire timem

You are at least 1 Month (but probably more than 2!) behind on your bill! If get a call from this specific number and you dont make a payment ASAP you probably have 1 more week at the MOST before you find your account has been cut off.. Not completely. You can then reinstate it by providing VISA over phone for past balance due. Possibly other charges as such as penalty admin fee.
IMPORTANT... If you fail to correct the situation after your phone signal is cut off, you will be sent to COLLECTIONS and they may even tack CANCELLATION charges onto that collections bill.

Yes it most definitely is Rogers.  You are probably behind payment a few weeks so they are panicking.  I've dealt with them for over 20+ years.  Make it very specifically known to them that you will not accept any calls from them under any circumstance.  Be very insistent on this and tell them its for security reasons.  Tell them that if they have an issue they should send you a letter.  Its interesting how they need to verify your identity before they can talk to you.  A simple question from you should be, ok how can I verify YOUR identity? That is usually enough to shut them up.  If they persist, tell them to go "phuck" themselves and lodge a complaint with customer relations.  Ask to speak to a manager and if you are good, you might even get a credit from them as a goodwill gesture.  Its a way for them to retain you as loyal customer.  Be courteous and refrain from using the aforementioned 4 letter word.
