It must have something to do with Rogers Communications since I recieved two calls from what my caller ID said was "Rogers COMM" over the past two days, answered each call only to find nobody on the other end. Today at the same time of day the caller ID was 416-645-2105. Yes, this is annoying.
-am with Rogers for cell phone and internet.

I received a call from this number every day starting about a week and a half ago.  They finally reached me by the third call; they were offering phone upgrades due to the dollar amount I have spent with rogers since I joined them.  I didn't get to finish my call with them since I was in the middle of something, but they have tried to call me back every day since they got through to me (that was 4 days ago)

I just got one too. Strange.

Have been receiving calls from this number since I got my iPhone. Called Rogers Customer Service this morning. They told me that I can, for $5.00 a month, purchase call blocking service. Beyond that, no help... Trying not to be  cynical here...

I phoned rogers and complained - they gave me the call manager feature for free (usually $5/month) so I can block the  number.  We'll see if that actually works.

Once a day at least now, new phone, new contract and this is what they do. Maybe it's that customer survey I was told they'd do, but they never did.

This number called at 6:34 PM EST, I didn't answer, they left no msg. Imeadiatley after 1-866-554-4709 called I didn't answer and they left no msg. I am also a Rogers subscriber.

I received also a call from this number. It is simply Rogers billing dpt. Just give them your credit card number and they'll leave you alone.

Computer generated voice: " Thank you for holding.  You are an important customer ...", then just static.

I gather the drill is to then call Roger's Customer Service & see what problem they think they have with your cell phone bill. If you ignore things, they might cut you off.  What an efficient waste of -my- time.

Do a Google on the phone # to see other sites talking about this problem with Roger's.

Rogers likes to harass its customers with calls from its accounts receivables department even when your account is in good standing and always has been in good standing. They have been doing it to me for 8 months, ever since I signed up and all my bills are paid on time and in full. I have been on the phone with them dozens times over this harassment and they still call me at least once a day although now I just hit ignore.

I have been getting calls from the same number on a daily basis. I have never answered the call, no messages was left on my voice mail.  Whats up .. I am with rogers as well.

yup getting this number call me 3 x a day, both on cell and house #. Also on Rogers. When I answer there is no one there and they leave no message on Voice mail.

got a call from this unknown number; did not answer; nobody left a message. i am on rogers (like the others that have left comments on this number).
