Filed complaint with Do Not Call Registry

This was the usual recorded message about lowering my credit card interest rates. The recording said "press 1 to speak to an operator", which I did, but the recording continued. I pressed 3 to be taken off their list. (This wasn't offered as option on this call, but was an option on earlier calls.)
When I pressed 1 again, then 1 again, the recording stopped and the line hung up.

Received a call about lowering our Credit Card and I had already registered this number on the Do not call registry.

V01291601160020 is what appeared in the caller ID portion of my phone screen above the 417-800-2309 when they called at 3:01 pm CST today.  The phone rang twice.

Why does FCC not get a better handle on these people/companies?

Called me on my cell. Female recording saying it's my last chance to lower my credit card rate. Didn't bother to listen through to all of the options because it was way too loud.

I've been getting several different calls from area code 417 and prefix 800 daily.  The calls go to voice mail and when I listen, there is no one there.  If there is anything you can do about these calls, that would be wonderful.  Thank you.

Unwanted calls

Got a call from this number and did not answer.  No message was left in my voicemail, but oddly enough when I had a new voicemail there was a message "there have been three unauthorized attempts to access your voicemail."  When I looked back this number called me at 5:02pm and that message told me the unauthorized attempts came in shortly thereafter.  Anyone else have an issue like this regarding this number?

Received same message from same # and company.  Asked the person that came on the line who they were.  Told them they were in violation of the Do Not Call list, and also asked if they have a DNCL.  She said they do not have one, and they don't have to abide by the National DNCL.  When I asked to speak with a supervisor, or to get a call back number or even a URL, she told me I have to 'get qualified' first.  I told her I didn't have to get qualified for anything, and she hung up.  Trash scam.  NO way I'm going to give someone my information to 'get qualified' when I have no idea who they are.
