Call to my cellphone on a weekly basis from this number

I've gotten two calls from this # so far.  Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN, reminding me of medical tests I need to schedule.  Apparently they failed to check my record or they would have known it is nowhere near time for those tests to be done!  I certainly do NOT want another colonoscopy just 3 months after the last one.  ROFL  I have ins. with this company & am planning to call them & file a complaint of these calls.  Ins. is high enough without them wasting our $$ on an automated system to remind people of medical services they don't need.

This number appears in my son's cell phone. why do they call minors?

BCBS call once again, I have asked them 2 times in the past to remove my number from their calling list.

I am receiving calls from this number, but they never leave a message. I do not answer calls from numbers I do no recognize.  Not leaving a message in my voice mail tells me this is not serious call but a general harassment.  I pay enough in premiums NOT to be pestered with calls with no incoming message.  Get a life, BCBST. or use proper phone etiquette and leave a message as to the intent of your call.

I received a call from this phone number from a person giving his name as CRAIG WONG stating he is with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tn.  When I asked where he is calling from he told me he was in Chattanooga TN
and he was very loud and rude speaking to me about our request for coverage with BC/BS.  When I asked for his office phone number he avoided givng it to me.  I really didn't know why he was calling, when I asked if he was a Licensed Agent I was told HE WAS NOT LICENSED.  I didn't like his bad attitude and told him goodby.  I felt he had no right to call me because he was not licensed and as far as I was concerned unqualified to discuss my Insurance.  I have located from where the 423-535-5600 phone number originated from and found it is from the Kingsport/Johnson City Area, not Chattanooga TN area.  I did not like him lying to me about being from Chattanooga.

While I'll agree that they're very annoying & they're a bunch of screw-ups, the part about being in Chattanooga is correct. They're directly off of I24 on Hwy 27 towards downtown, over on your left. If you're from the area, you know BCBS is the monstrocity of a building up on the hill on your left. The location is correct from the calls. The online "map" saying it's kingston springs area is screwed up. I dont like BCBS for insurance as they conveniently like to come up w/ways NOT to pay what they're suppose to cover. Like saying you're suppose to annually notify them there is no other insurance coverage for your family. You can do this by phone & the form they send you. But dont hold your breath that they'll acknowledge either being received or documented. They'd rather have their head up their butts & claim you havent gotten back w/them w/that info & deny coverage when you go to the dr or hospital. Then when you call in to complain they tell you it will be 7-14 business days before they'll have your account "updated". And calling you from a # & not

I just got a call from this number, so this company has been harassing people since '09? I woke up this morning with a call on my cell, i didn't recognize the number nor the area code so i did a search on the computer and this was the first link that came up. I'm glad to know who it was now but I have no idea why they are calling me and why they don't get a 1 800 number or something? And yes, they did NOT leave a message with me either. Thank you for your posts everyone! Now I don't have to worry that I missed an important call.

I received eight calls in a row from this number. At first I let it ring, then checked for voicemail; there was none. I rejected the next three in a row. (Mind you, it's almost ten at night.)

After the fourth call, I sent a text message saying, "You have the wrong number. Please stop calling." But the text came straight back with an error message telling me to resend it to a valid number!

After the eighth call I Googled the number and found this page. From what I've read, it's supposedly Blue Cross/Blue Shield, however there are never any real credentials provided. Besides, I don't even HAVE BC/BS.

Called my cell, I did not answer since I did not recognize the number. I got a recorded voicemail message encouraging me to see my doctor to see what test they would recommend for me to take. Already had all my screeenings this year, don't want any more.

My caller ID shows Blue Cross Blues. I have never answered and they have never left a message. I figure if it were important, they would leave a message and would ask I call them back.

Two very late night calls. No messages left and when called back no such #.

They call me from this number, but no one speaks. Sounds like a hoax to me

Left a message on my machine about scheduling transportation on the 4th. Not sure what that's about!
