Called on Thanksgiving day believe it or not. Didn't  answer and they didn't leave a message.

I totally agree. BCBS s first reaction to any procedure is to deny your claim and say it's not medically necessary, after 5 different Doctors I have gone to for years wrote BCBS and said this procedure was medically necessary.  But there Doctor said it wasn't! Really? My Oncologist told me she new of someone that worked for BCBS and got paid yearly bonuses for denying claims

They have been calling my wife for a while now, and just started calling me daily. They leave no message and if answered there is just silence

Recorded message about the dangers of misusing antibiotics.  Good information, but I don't need them to call and tell me this,  it's spam.

They have called me for the past three days.  I answered today.  They said it was Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  Next they asked me to verify my name.  At that point I hung up on them.

Two calls this week from BCBS about needed tests. Not only do we have a monopoly health system in my town, now I have to endure my insurance company telling me what tests I need.
My doctor schedules my needed tests at my wellness visit.

I in no way have ever done business with BCBS and dont plan on. They call at least 3 times a week and leave messages about them sending me a health risk assessment in the mail. Been 4 weeks no mail so I'm not sure who they think their calling

I got a call they said they were from bc/bs n wanted me to give them my information (name, address, birth date, phone number, & SSN. I don't give out that kind of information over the phone, because of all the scam stuff. I'm not doing anything to have my personal information stolen n to be used. I didn't give my information cause I figured they should of already had it since they called me.

It's not really them. I've been getting calls from that number too and so I began researching it and I found out that it's a scammer pretending to be either BCBS or Tennessee Healthcare and the number even comes up as BCBS of Tennessee or Tennessee Healthcare, which is the result of spoofing, and would make sense that it is a scammer because I looked up the number and it belongs to an individual and not a business entity as would be the case if it were really a healthcare or health insurance business.
