call several times a day, everyday!!! pick up the phone they dont answer, blocking the number

Do not answer this is a scammer. Just put on block list.

They are doing this to everyone

this number just called my home phone , left no message on my answering machine....from perusing the comments appears to be a collection agency for direct tv?  i have never had cable tv, ever.. my caller id shows UNKNOWN NAME

More then likely, it's a scammer trying to collect on a bill that is no longer something you owe for, that's how they get passed the "Do not call list".  Best bet, check your credit report, and get their business ID.  You have a right to know that and if they refuse or give you a false ID, then you know for sure.  Best of wishes and hope this helps.

Called saying that I owed $246.01 for equipment that was not from Direct TV, which I have never used.  Wanted payment information or said they would turn in to collections.  They had my name, email and address.  I could barely understand her and she said she was from Receivable Performant, or something.  Hung up and blocked the number.

They call me repeatedly daily.  I answered once.  A woman with heavily accented English gave me my address, and said she needed my zip code.  I asked why.  She was VERY insistent that I must give her my zip code.  Well, if that isn't a red flag.  Zip codes are easily available on the internet.  She kept insisting and I kept asking why.  I finally hung up.

They don't care. I doubt they're even in the country.

I have received calls from this number however I have not yet answered because I'm working when they do call.

Call 5 times per day.  Can we take legal action?

This number keeps calling me even though I have blocked the number.

What account? With what company. They wouldn’t even tell me where they were calling from

a phone caller tried to get me to say "Yes" - i know that doing that can have serious financial consequences - if you puzzled as to why this is a probleml - search the web "yes phone scam"

I get multiple calls everyday from this number. They do not leave a message. I refuse to answer. Can someone do something about this?

This number calls both my phones back to back... When I answer the say my full govenrment name... When I ask who they are they insist on confirming my name. Never say their name amd who they are calling for... Ive asked several times to not call me... They still call both my lines and one line I never give out that number yet these poeple have it and call me everyday 3 to 5 times a day on both lines each...
