got the call today 6-29-10   saying this would be the last call about my credit card bill,  well the jokes on them I don't even have a credit card !!  it's a scam that's for sure

I keep getting calls from 425-484-1806. It's a recorded message about lowering credit rates. I have been on the National Do Not Call list since 2/08 and have finally got around to filing a complaint against this number. Anyone that can file a complaint should and maybe the FCC can get rid of these calls!

Jim, you must of had the same person as me.  The man couldn't speak well English and had a deep accent as you said.  I'm glad I had a doctor's appointment to go to so I could get him off the phone.  I told him to call me after 2PM but instead I'll let it go to the answer machine.  Thanks for the info guys.  This is the second website I found complaining about these people and the posts are all from just a week ago.  These guys must be desperate.  I already emailed my friends to beware of them.

Same firm as listed in several places above Account Credit Services  I keep a whistle handy by the phone and just blow it into the mic on the phone.   End of those calls.

Infuriating. This time I screamed at the operator, "Stop calling this number! Just stop it!" and he mockingly replied, "I'm sorry sir, I can't hear you."

They call once a week or so. I called the FTC and they confirmed the legal action against them. Filing another complaint now.

Just called me.

They called me at 8:45 AM today.
I pressed 1 to tell them to stop calling.
They hung up.

Too bad the government do not cal list doesn't apply to overseas callers, or does it? Didn't telemarketing die in the 80's? Some day we are going to find these perpetrators of poor marketing tactics and and...:-))

Me too! This woman said I was a rude [***] and would call me back everyday 5 times a day and hung up on me!

Nobody answer

Just got a call from this company. Did not leave a message and caller ID stated that the call was unidentifiable.

They called me at 6:15am this morning and hung up when I asked who they were and
why they were calling. Glad I wasn't the only one. I am also on the do not call list and
am not a happy person. Somebody sue these jerks.

I said the the operator some unkind words and filed a complaint with do not call registry

Caller claimed they were with Chase Bank offering to lower Credit Card rates for customers who had at least a $3500.00 balance on their Credit Card. I refused to give out personal info and the Caller kept reading me scripted lines until I finally hung up. About an hour later the Caller called my home and left a rather ugly message on my Voice Mail. The Caller sounded like he was from the Middle East (very heavy accent.) The Caller said that it wasn't nice for me to hang up on his face and it wasn't good for me or for American Citizens to treat people this way. He said he was very angry and that I need to read on the Internet or read a book on how to treat people. The call ended by him saying that my account would be closed in 2 minutes and 5 seconds max. I called Chase and reported the call and gave them the number the Caller called from the first time and the number the Voice Mail came from.

I just received a call from this number and answered it.  I said "hello" a couple of times, but there was only dead air.  Out of curiousity, I called the number back and got a recording that thanked me for calling back and said if I wasn't interested in receiving calls about "special offers" in the future to press 1 on the phone keypad.  I did that, of course, hoping that will prevent them from ever calling back.  I don't know if it will really work, but I thought I'd pass that along to you just in case, since you mentioned asking about a "do not call" list.  Hope this helps if they ever call back again!

Who are these people and why are they calling me?

I just got a call from this number. I pressed 2 to be removed from the list, and it still put me through to a live operator (guy with Middle Eastern accent). I said "please put me on your do not call list." He said something unintelligible which I decided to take as compliance, and I hung up.

Just got a call from 425-484-1806,  They hung up when I answered!
