    It's worth trying to block the calls. Sometimes it even works.

    Call back gets, "You have reached ASDE, a company located in Quebec."  If you listen to the entire recording, it explains that they are conducting telephone research and it gives you instructions to be placed on their internal Do-Not-Call list.
